omg seriously?? five minutes is barely enough time to settle in. my bf does this too and lowkey it’s kinda stressful. i just tell him i’m not ready yet and need to actually relax first. feels like a race sometimes. if he keeps pushing i’d honestly be confused bc like come on. give us a second to breathe ykno

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

i been there. For real, started getting really tired and holding water when i hit forty. went to the doc and got blood work done. turns out it was just perimenopause hitting hard. took a bit of adjusting but knowing it wasnt permanent helped. also cut down on salt cause that bloating was awful. hope you feel better soon.

i just pack resistance bands and a jump rope they take no space. every new place i find a park for running or do bodyweight stuff in the living rm. consistency is key not fancy gym membership. if i dont work out for a week cuz moving chaos i dont stress just start again next day. simple habits stick better than intense routines when u are always settling in somewhere new tbh.

I stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

My husband works construction and comes home dead tired. i used to feel rejected but realized he just needs rest. we cuddle sometimes but don't push for sex. if i really want it, i initiate gentle touch without expectations. if he says no, i respect it and we watch tv. communication helps more than pressure. don't take it personally, man just needs to recharge.

i just buy the cheap weekly pill organizers from shopee. Omg, bulk buy them. sort everything on sunday night before bed. takes 10 mins but saves me so much stress during the week. especially when im traveling for work. just grab and go. no wondering if i took my vitamins or meds. simple routine saves sanity.

Oh honey same here tried everything honestly ice packs after gardening help a ton and those little foam knee pads u get at cvs before mowing the lawn. My husband calls me grandma gunderson cause i walk like a penguin but hey it keeps me moving. Praying for u girl

hola girl. i get it. after my daughter was born i felt the exact same way. like my body belongs to everyone else but me. i just tell him i’m not in the headspace. we cuddle or watch telenovelas instead. no pressure. your body is yours, dont force it. take all the time u need. we’ll get there when ur ready.

i feel that. my husband used to think once a week was totally fine. honestly? yeah。 we just stopped scheduling it. now its whenever we actually want to。 turns out spontaneity matters more than a rigid calendar。 if he isnt asking for more maybe he just isnt turned on by the routine。
