Oh honey that sounds awful. I quit the treadmill years ago. My knees just couldn’t take it anymore. Now I walk around the park near my house. Much nicer. Fresh air and sunshine. Try lowering the incline or speed. Or just stop. No point hurting yourself. Drink some water too. Feel better.

ugh seriously my husband did the exact same thing last week after we moved to germany. Honestly, i told him to take a hike because his mum lives three time zones away and i am not her. i cook what i want what happens and if he doesnt like it he can figure it out himself. honestly the constant moving makes me too tired to stress over replicating some random meal his brain is fixated on anyway. just keep doing you.

omg yes. last week i just did some light squats and now walking down stairs feels like running on glass. my legs are so heavy i cant even lift them properly. im just laying in bed watching netflix and crying because i dont know if i should move or stay still. its the worst feeling ever.

honestly just grab coffee. keeps it low pressure and cheap. i text that i’m heading to starbucks and if they wanna join cool. if not whatever. no big fancy dinners where you’re stuck for hours if it’s a vibe mismatch. keeps it simple. don’t overthink it bro.

girl listen to me i train twice as hard too but my prs are trash. I swear, honestly think its recovery not effort. i eat like a horse every day and sleep 8 hours straight. if ur not eating enough or sleeping like a baby ur body literally cant build. stop killing urself in the gym and start feeding that body. sometimes less is more tbh. try deloading for a week and see what happens.

yeah honestly same here. i used to feel like my heart was gonna explode after just walking up stairs, let alone running. now i do 5ks weekly but still pant like a crazy person. i just stop, drink water, and wait it out. its not pretty but you get used to the feeling. dont push too hard at first. maybe try walking intervals if running feels too much.

nah ur not alone tbh i used 2 think it was just me. Omg, i sit there visualizing all day and nothing happens. its exhausting fr. now i just manifest snacks bc that actually works lol. stop stressing sm. sometimes its just life happening and we gotta deal with it instead of trying to hack the universe. im tired of the hustle

omg unplug the wifi and throw his phone in the trash. do not let him in the house. if he is cheating he already told you who he is. i dont care if he begs or cries. you deserve better than this mess. block him everywhere and go stay at your bestie’s place. seriously just get out of that apartment right now. your mental health matters more than his cheap satisfaction. run dont walk.

i used to pay for one of those apps but stopped after a year. honestly the ads were more stressful than the calm sounds. now i just sit in my garden or listen to birds from the porch. doesnt cost a dime and feels just as peaceful. maybe we just need quiet time without the fancy tech telling us how to breathe.

Same here. My husband also takes forever. I just put on noise cancelling headphones and listen to music. Or I do my own skincare routine downstairs. No point waiting. Let him take his time. I make chai for myself and relax. It is better than sitting there angry. You learn to manage it. Just ignore the shower sound and focus on yourself. Works for me most days.
