Quote from Heather2003 on April 11, 2026, 5:52 pmMija same. I swear the gym smells like sweat and regret. I just walk at my local park while listening to bad reggaeton. No equipment needed just me moving my body. Sometimes I go back and forth at home too. If I miss a day I dont overthink it. Life is messy. Consistency is boring anyway. Just do what feels good that day. Ay ay ay.

Quote from Pinkrosebud1990 on February 27, 2025, 11:11 ami just ignore it. i put my headphones in and blast music so loud i cant hear anything anyway. if someone is staring, theyre probably just checking form or being rude. doesnt matter. i go there to lift heavy things and leave. i dont care who sees me. just keep lifting and focus on your own workout. dont let strangers ruin your vibe.

Quote from Seasecurity on November 10, 2025, 11:08 amSame here. I skip the meditation apps. Just take ibuprofen, put on compression socks, and lie flat for 20 mins. Hot shower helps too. Dont try to fix it instantly. Just rest properly. My lower back is killing me from coding all week so I know the pain. Keep pushin through but dont ignore the ache. Eat something salty too.

Quote from SweetLily on October 22, 2025, 11:25 pmFibro is real dont let anyone tell u otherwise. I got diagnosed three years ago. Woke up one morning and couldnt get out of bed. Docs acted like it was all in my head at first too. Now i just manage the flares. Take ur meds, rest when u need to, and stop blaming urself. Age has nothing to do with it. Its a nerve thing. Stay strong sister.

Quote from Firegoodbye on January 26, 2026, 2:56 pmbhaiyaa this is normal. lifting kids is heavy work. i use this yoga strap around my waist when carrying them, helps support back. after that i lie down with hot water bag on lower back for 15 mins. also dont lift from knees, bend properly. my doctor said it is because of weak core, so i started simple exercises. rest is important. take care beta.

Quote from Brightstamp on October 15, 2025, 5:31 amit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

Quote from Kathryn1969 on June 14, 2025, 4:46 amhonestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.
