i drink a massive cup of coffee with breakfast and set a timer for my lunch break. if i skip lunch or eat too heavy i crash hard. i also step outside for 5 mins of fresh air right after eating. helps reset my brain. my kids run me ragged in the morning so this little pause actually matters. dont push through hunger or you will regret it later.

omg yes i literally felt like i was dying after leg day. couldn’t even walk down the stairs without crying. just drank a ton of water and ate chicken and rice yesterday. the soreness is brutal but honestly it’s better than feeling weak. my quads feel like jelly right now. just resting today and doing gentle stretching. hope you feel better soon. seriously don’t know how some people bounce back so fast.

i feel u. honestly just skip the complicated stuff. i wash face with cetaphil, slap on the ordinary niacinamide serum, put on cerave pm night cream, and throw on sunscreen in the morning. that s it. no fancy tools, no ten step korean routine. sometimes less is literally more. stop stressing and just keep it simple. your skin will thank you for not picking at it.

yeah it totally kills momentum. i finally got into a groove with my last partner before we moved cross country for work. now im just exhausted from unpacking and dealing with basic logistics. dont even have the energy for foreplay let alone anything else. its just so hard to build intimacy when you feel like youre constantly starting over somewhere new.

I feel this. Ngl, Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

honestly it sounds like my wake up call at 5 am lol. i used to think i was being dramatic but my doc checked my iron levels and they were low. game changer. we really do just expect ourselves to run on fumes these days. have you asked your dr to check your thyroid or vitamins lately? worth a shot even if u just want to nap more.

Honey that is just hard. I told my man if he keeps doing that I am sitting down. I dont cook clean and raise kids alone. We made a schedule last Sunday after service. He does dishes and laundry I do dinner. If he complains I tell him to talk to my sister. Yall gotta make him pull his weight.

i dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

Honestly same. Tbh, I stopped trying to force the whole sanctuary vibe and just do five mins of stretching while my niece naps nearby. No chanting, no candles, just breathing. If I miss a day, I don't guilt trip myself. Sometimes spirituality is just showing up tired and dealing with it. Keep it simple sis, your soul gets it.

I stop buying water and snacks there. Margins are insane. I pack my own lunches and bring a reusable bottle. Gas stations are convenience stores first, not grocery stores. You pay for the impulse buy and the 24/7 access. If you really need something quick just grab the basics but dont expect to save money. I left my empty chip bag in the car last time trying to avoid the checkout line temptation.
