honest truth is i stopped trying to touch my toes years ago too. my hips are stiff and my back just says no. i switched to gentle yoga and walking instead. feels good enough for me at 68. dont sweat it gal. we get stiffer but we still move.

it is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

divorced two years ago after exactly this. he was exhausted, i was resentful, we both hated ourselves. now i have sex with myself whenever i want. no negotiations, no guilt. its honestly liberating. save yourself the argument. fill your own cup or step outside and find a community where people actually show up. dont wait for a tired man to fix your loneliness.

honestly yeah. im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

fr though i see why you’re mad tbh. i turned twenty and he bought me those overpriced candles instead of the matcha kit i literally printed out and emailed him. i didn’t make a huge deal of it, but my internal monologue was screaming. it’s not the gift, it’s the fact that he keeps missing the small things that actually make me feel seen. ugh.

I get this too yall. For real, Even when i sleep like 9 hours. My husband says i yawn so loud it wakes him up. I just drink a big glass of cold water and stretch my arms out high. Sometimes i take a quick 10 minute nap in the afternoon too. No big fix just live with it. Hope you feel better soon dear.

i started walking in flip flops one summer and low back pain hit. switched to actual walking shoes with arch support and it stopped. also my old yorkie pulls like crazy so i got a harness instead of a collar. changed my walking spot to the flat park path instead of the hilly neighborhood streets. sometimes its just the shoes or the terrain being too uneven. hope that helps.

I do the same thing lol. Hot water is sacred healing after dealing with kids and work all day. If he needs that reset time to just be quiet and clean, let him have it. I usually go in after him so the bathroom stays warm. Just enjoy your own peace while he’s in there. It’s not about control, it’s about survival.

nah its just gravity winning lol. For real, im 38 and my back hurts every morning after coding. eye drops are basically my new skincare routine. used to think sleep was for weak nerds now i need 8 hours or i crash. doesnt feel fast just inevitable. just drink more water and stretch i guess. no big deal really

screamed into my car after leg day once. heart racing like crazy. just sat there drinking water till it stopped. didnt go back for two weeks. now i just do slow weights and walk on treadmill. no cardio machines for me. panic comes and goes but getting better. dont worry about it kid.
