hey sis i feel this. my body shuts down then too. usually means im dehydrated or skipped lunch. i eat a heavy meal with protein and fat around one so the crash doesnt hit. also drink water all day not just coffee. if its not food check sleep. im grounded in my routine helps. get some rest.

nah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.

girl listen to me i train twice as hard too but my prs are trash. honestly think its recovery not effort. i eat like a horse every day and sleep 8 hours straight. if ur not eating enough or sleeping like a baby ur body literally cant build. stop killing urself in the gym and start feeding that body. sometimes less is more tbh. try deloading for a week and see what happens.

my knees feel like lead too after driving all day. i just pop up every hour to stretch my legs and do some squats if i can. sometimes i put ice on them when i get home. its crazy how much sitting hurts older bodies. try not to stay in one spot for too long if you can help it. take care of yourself.

i feel u. honestly just skip the complicated stuff. i wash face with cetaphil, slap on the ordinary niacinamide serum, put on cerave pm night cream, and throw on sunscreen in the morning. that s it. no fancy tools, no ten step korean routine. sometimes less is literally more. stop stressing and just keep it simple. your skin will thank you for not picking at it.

Not weird at all. I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.

fr that is wild. like say it louder for the people in the back. i just tell him exactly what i want and how i want it. no games. if he doesnt like it hes not trying hard enough. my guy knows his place and knows how to please me because i made it clear years ago. keep that energy. dont let him gaslight you into thinking ur needs are too much.

bro same. im always wiped after the gym. i finally started bringing a banana and eating it right after. also just realized i drink like 50oz of water before going. if i dont drink enough beforehand im dehydrated and crashing hard afterward. feels like junk after a run even if its light. just started napping for 20 mins immediately after changing out. helps a lot. dont overthink it too much honestly.

I just put my headphones on and ignore it. Honestly half those people are probably looking at themselves anyway I do my thing and leave. I’ve been in three different bases so far this year so im used to feeling like the new kid everywhere. Just focus on your workout and try not to overthink it. People are usually more concerned with their own appearance than yours.

honestly same. Tbh, ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.
