omg same. i’ve been sitting at my desk all day and my feet look like puffy marshmallows. i keep taking off my shoes under the table at work. honestly i think its just the chicago heat or maybe i’m dehydrated. i started drinking like 4 gallons of water a day k ik its a lot but it helped a little. just chilling with em off tonight.

never had time to be stressed after first kid too. Lol, 3 kids is just chaos but you get used to it. I just keep a big whiteboard in kitchen for daily tasks and let husband handle bedtime sometimes. my brain feels full all the time but honestly its better than before. just survive each day. dont worry about being perfect.

Mmm just wear big earbuds and zone out. Or put ur best workout playlist on loud. If they keep staring just look right at them dead in the eye till they get uncomfortable. My cousin does that and it works ez. Also wear ur hair up so u don’t have to keep fixing it. Focus on ur form and let them be dumb.

honestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.

mija he is straight up giving you the cold shoulder and trying to gaslight u. when my ex got distant i stopped chasing. u r not overthinking u r reacting to his lack of effort. keep living ur life. if he wants to be close he will step up. dont waste ur energy on someone who stays away. stay strong.

i literally just drink so much water and take a huge scoop of magnesium glycinate before bed. sitting all day kills my digestion for sure. also force myself to walk for 10 mins every 2 hours even if i dont wanna get up. its annoying but it keeps things moving. try peppermint tea too if you cant sleep.

honestly i think it’s just stress from moving every two years. my cortisol is probably through the roof. i tried cutting carbs like everyone says but it just made me crazy. now i just eat yogurt and fruit after PT bc its easier when you’re tired. also never skip breakfast. my body would literally shut down if i waited too long to eat. weird right but it works for me

I get it. My husband was pushing hard too. I stopped overthinking the performance part and just told him we need low pressure. We switched to just touching without expecting penetration. Took the edge off for both of us. Now we actually want to be closer. Don’t force it if your body says no. Communication works better than ghosting through it. Just be honest.

Stop doing 45 min sessions. My knees gave out from that. Now i do 20 min walks after dinner. Just move. Hydrate more too. Dehydration makes u feel like crap after exercise. Drink water before and after. Simple. Dont overcomplicate it. If u feel worse check form or intensity. Lower weight. Consistency beats intensity every time.

we just do what works for us and dont mess with it anymore. tried all that fancy stuff years ago and it felt like work. now its just comfortable and safe. if he wants to try something new tell him to go talk to his buddies about it or hit the garage alone. im not playing around in the bedroom just to tick a box for him.
