Just saying hi
Quote from soft1964 on October 30, 2025, 7:34 pmI feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

Quote from dreamer2002 on July 31, 2026, 7:49 ammy joints hurt so bad i cant even sleep straight anymore. divorce wrecked my cortisol levels i guess. i just ice my knees and take ibuprofen. doctors keep telling me its stress but i feel like my bones are breaking. i just want to lay still without pain for like an hour. its exhausting being a functional human again.

Quote from Leathercreek on February 26, 2025, 6:31 pmbeta honestly its so funny. my husband used to say same thing after 5 years. i just told him stop guessing and start asking. now we have proper schedule for intimacy. he thinks im strict but at least he knows what i want. dont let him call it demanding. call it clear communication. he needs to wake up and listen not just complain.

Quote from Brightspire on August 1, 2025, 7:56 amUgh that sounds so frustrating. My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.

Quote from scaletower on June 29, 2026, 9:11 pmI just soak in hot bath with epsom salts every night after leg day. Helps so much. Also stretch super slow before sleeping. Don’t ignore the pain though. If it keeps hurting talk to doc. I got hurt once pushing too hard. Now I rest when I need to. Listen to body. Sometimes less is more.

Quote from sarah1991 on December 16, 2025, 1:22 pmOye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. Omg, If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.
