oh hello everyone. i'm barbara, just joined. felt like i needed to get some things off my chest. spent all morning at the grocery store, then the pharmacy. always takes longer than i think. little timmy had a growth spurt, so his shoes are too small already, went to the shoe store too. cost a fortune. then had to pick up liam from soccer practice, he's always so sweaty. now i'm just tired. the laundry is piled high. and i still have to make dinner. anyone else feel this way sometimes?

@windbadge Barbara, I hear you! Grocery shopping is always an adventure, isn't it? I swear I need a whole afternoon just for that. Plus, remembering all the little things.

@windbadge Oh, Barbara, I know that feeling. The pharmacy is the worst sometimes, with all the waiting. Did you at least get everything you needed?

Barbara, tell me about it! I always underestimate how long errands take. And then I forget one crucial item and have to go back. So frustrating.

@windbadge Hey Barbara, totally get it. Those simple errands can really eat up your day. I usually pack a snack for the grocery store. Keeps me from getting hangry!

@windbadge Barbara, I totally get the grocery store thing. I always forget at least one thing and have to make a second trip, usually right before dinner. Drives me nuts.

@windbadge Oh Barbara, the pharmacy wait is the worst. I swear I spend more time in the waiting room than anywhere else. Did you have a good book with you?

@windbadge Totally feel you on underestimating errands, Barbara. I always think I'll be in and out, and then bam, two hours later and I still have five more stops.

@windbadge That snack idea is genius, @Post5! I always get so cranky at the grocery store if I haven't eaten. Might have to start packing a granola bar.

@windbadge Oh my gosh, Barbara, the second trip to the grocery store right before dinner is SO me. I swear it happens every single week. Usually forget milk or bread.
