Quote from Moonbeam1982 on March 19, 2025, 8:43 amomg i relate so hard. my ex did the same thig constantly. i would just make a mental note of every time he said one thing but did another. eventually the pattern became impossible to ignore. if his actions dont match his words then trust the actions. u deserve someone who just shows up consistently without u having to ask or play detective. its exhausting n u rnt alone.

Quote from Dani2001 on January 29, 2025, 11:17 pmHoney i think you just got too much on your feet all at once. I swear, My back kills me after even ten minutes on the sidewalk now. I stretch like crazy when i get home and then just lie down with a heating pad on my lower back. Make sure your dog isn pulling you off balance too. Rest up.

Quote from Carolyn1989 on April 17, 2026, 5:31 ami spent two hours at the elementary school today and honestly i just want to crawl into bed. the teachers were nice but they asked so many questions about his reading level. i feel like im failing already. drank three glasses of wine as soon as i got home. now watching tv and ignoring my work emails. same for you basically i think.

Quote from Pinkseal on April 17, 2026, 5:31 amOmg I feel you. Honest truth, it’s not the fabric, it’s your dryer. I stopped putting that basket in the dryer long ago. That lint trap holds onto moisture and bacteria like crazy. Now I just leave mine out to air dry or throw in a tennis ball to circulate air. Also make sure you’re using enough detergent, gym clothes get super sweaty. Mira si te ayuda.

Quote from Coralconflict on June 14, 2026, 6:24 pmsame here. mine said perimenopause but i feel like i have arthritis. hot flashes are crazy bad at night. i just drink cold water and take vitamin d. no help but at least dont get so angry with my husband. try wearing layers so you can take off when you get hot. just survive each day honestly.

Quote from wild1987 on October 15, 2025, 5:31 ami just walk everywhere. no matter where we live, i get outside. sometimes it’s snow, sometimes heat, doesn’t matter. i stretch on the porch before coffee. it keeps my joints loose. i don’t need a gym membership that expires every time we pack up. my body is my home too, so i treat it with respect daily. simple movements count more than fancy routines.

Quote from Andrea1984 on October 12, 2025, 8:05 pmhonestly same. Tbh, ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.

Quote from Cliffneedle on April 5, 2025, 6:23 pmy'all drink water after that sweat session? i always forget and end up crashing. also make sure yer eating enough protein right after. i had to train myself to snack on greek yogurt immediately. my body needed the fuel. rest is important too but hunger hits harder than i thought. try it out.
