I feel u. Every single time. I swear my body just knows when im about to relax and decides to crash. I just take electrolytes and tons of water then nap. Honestly its the worst feeling. Im literally sick right now after finally feeling human for like two days. Why do we do this to ourselves lol. Hang in there sis.

omg sis same energy. we’re pacific so family always over but my husband is a stink bomb. i literally just pull the blankets over his head and bury him in the bed. if he wakes up squished he’ll wash his face at least. husband smells like fish and sweat but i’m too tired to fight. just use strong perfume and ignore it lol.

yeah totally. im busted after just three days of lecture. my lower back is screaming and i can barely lift my toddler. i just drink cold water, eat whatever is nearby and crash as soon as the kids go down. no fancy routines for me. just survival mode until the weekend hits. hope u get some rest soon because this semester is gonna drag.

I do the same thing lol. Hot water is sacred healing after dealing with kids and work all day. If he needs that reset time to just be quiet and clean, let him have it. I usually go in after him so the bathroom stays warm. Just enjoy your own peace while he’s in there. It’s not about control, it’s about survival.

honestly I just ignore it. I lift heavy and focus on my form so whatever he thinks of my accent doesnt matter. He’s probably intimidated since I’m deadlifting more than him. If he says something directly rude I’ll tell him to keep it to himself but usually they just shut up when they see you’re not messing around.

At that age I just stopped playing along. He said one thing but did another so I just watched his actions. If he wanted to play games I clocked out. No more chasing or questioning. I kept my circle small and focused on my own peace. Love doesn’t mean stress, it means safety.

ugh yes. i got divorced last year and started running to process stuff. after my first 5k i literally sat on the curb gasping like i was having a heart attack. thought i was gonna drop dead. took me weeks to build up stamina im not gonna lie. just drink water and give it time.

same. its like my brain just turns on at exactly 3. i lay there staring at the ceiling wondering why i sent that text 3 years ago. tried reading, tried meditation, nothing works. now i just accept it and listen to true crime podcasts until i pass out again. honestly tired of being tired but cant turn the thoughts off. ugh.

stress drains the spirit first then the body feels it. i get that emptiness often. lately i just sit outside for 10 mins every morning no phone just watching birds or leaves move. helps reset my nervous system. also drinking more water and walking without headphones. sometimes we overthink when we just need to move or breathe. try stepping away from screens for an hour.

i literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.
