honestly i stopped trying to force myself to the gym. it just wasn working for me. now i just do 20 mins of yoga on my living room rug when i have time. some days i skip it and thats ok. no guilt. just moving my body because it feels good, not because some schedule says i should. keep it simple and dont beat yourself up over missing a day.

honestly same. I deadlift heavy then my whole day is over. My mom would kill me if she saw me nap right after eating but idk. I just crash on the couch while the kids play nearby. Maybe protein shake helps a bit but mostly its just body being wrecked. Go sleep girl. We talk later yeah.

Honey same here. For real, I use one of those weekly pill boxes now. My daughter helped me set it up on Sunday night so I dont have to think about it during the week. If i miss a day i just dont take it and move on. Getting older is exhausting enough without worrying about little plastic bottles. Just keep it simple.

same here and its exhausting. i usually just do foam rolling and strength training 2x a week to balance the pounding. also way more protein post run or i crash hard. hydration matters too bc im always dehydrated. just listen to your body and take rest days. dont push through the pain. im in my 30s so recovery takes longer now than in college. hope you feel better soon.

Well sugar, first you gotta find something to wear that ain't your church dress. I just started meeting folks for coffee at the local shop. Keep it short so you can bail if it gets awkward. Dont overthink it. If he cant hold a conversation about the weather or his dog, swipe left. I had a date last week who talked too much himself but hey, he paid for my latte so it wasnt a total loss.

bhai yaar, bilkul normal hai. i am also 42 and honestly, some days i just want to sleep. body gets tired, stress from kahani and work. don't force it. my husband understands too. sometimes cuddling is enough. just take rest. no need tension leta. everyone goes through this phase.

my husband used to say the same thing back in our twenties. i just stopped asking him what he wanted for dinner and started making whatever i felt like eating. he either eats it or he makes his own. honestly it’s been way less stressful since i stopped trying to recreate my mom’s exact recipes. my food is just mine now.

Man that is rough. Honestly we do a chore chart every Sunday night. Pretty much treats it like work shifts. He got the evening shift until 8 then I take over. It ain't always perfect but it helps split the mental load. If he ghosts his shift we talk about it the next day no yelling just facts. You gotta set boundaries early or it never changes.

I stop buying water and snacks there. Margins are insane. I pack my own lunches and bring a reusable bottle. Gas stations are convenience stores first, not grocery stores. You pay for the impulse buy and the 24/7 access. If you really need something quick just grab the basics but dont expect to save money. I left my empty chip bag in the car last time trying to avoid the checkout line temptation.

Honey that is just hard. Ngl, I told my man if he keeps doing that I am sitting down. I dont cook clean and raise kids alone. We made a schedule last Sunday after service. He does dishes and laundry I do dinner. If he complains I tell him to talk to my sister. Yall gotta make him pull his weight.
