lord have mercy i am so tired. it was 8pm last night and i just wanted some peace after picking up groceries at kroger for fifty dollars. my husband just sat in his recliner and looked at his phone. i asked him if he wanted to talk about our grandson’s school play and he just grunted. then he went to his office to work on his computer. this has been happening all week. i feel like i am talking to a wall. i am not sure if this is just how men are or if he is mad at me for something i did not notice. i just sit here eating my dinner alone in the dark. i feel lonely and confused. is this normal for a married man to just shut down like this every evening.

i feel that. my husband used to think once a week was totally fine. honestly? yeah。 we just stopped scheduling it. now its whenever we actually want to。 turns out spontaneity matters more than a rigid calendar。 if he isnt asking for more maybe he just isnt turned on by the routine。

honestly i just squeeze it in when i can. work been crazy lately so some days i skip it entirely and thats fine. dont stress bout missing a day or two. my body needs rest too. if u get home late just do a quick stretch or walk around the block. dont let guilt eat u up. we all tired sometimes. just do what u can with whats left in the tank.

my husband is the same way. Honestly, we just sit watch tv and hold hands. he says its enough to feel close. i tried talking more but he gets shut down. so now i just lean into it. sometimes silence is better than fake words. dont force convo if hes not there. just sit with him. it works for us even if it feels weird at first. trust the quiet.

I quit last year. Joined in Jan, went 3 times. Gifted my card to my mom who also doesn't go. Now I just walk the dog aggressively around the block. My calves aren't toned but my bank account is thicker. If you're paying monthly just to sweat guilt, stop. The money feels better than leg day ever did.

yeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

girl same. i thought it was just me. honestly tho its mostly hydration and protein. i drink like a gallon of water a day and eat a little something with protein right after i finish. before i was skipping the post workout snack and then i felt like death. try drinking more water chica. seriously. and don't starve yourself right after lifting. that’s my only fix.

god yes. i did pilates last thursday and basically crawled out of bed this morning. like my hamstrings are literally screaming at me. i just soak in epsom salts and try not to move too much. it feels like someone poured cement in my legs. hate that feeling so much.

Honestly same. That humidity gets to me every single night. I stopped trying to fight it and just bought those gel cooling pads for the mattress. Works a little better than flipping sheets. Also keep a damp washcloth by the bed and rotate it in the freezer. Not glamorous but it helps me get maybe six hours. Good luck out there.
