omg that is so rude. For real, i always just ignore them cause usually theyre just distracted by their own workout. last week some guy kept staring so i just put my headphones on louder and kept moving. dont let it get under your skin really. just focus on ur set and pretend he doesnt exist. hope your day gets better tho

I quit last year. Omg, Joined in Jan, went 3 times. Gifted my card to my mom who also doesn't go. Now I just walk the dog aggressively around the block. My calves aren't toned but my bank account is thicker. If you're paying monthly just to sweat guilt, stop. The money feels better than leg day ever did.

I literally just slide the dishes into the dishwasher over his shoulder while he’s still in the shower. He knows if he leaves them for more than ten minutes they disappear, so he cleans them as he goes now. I tried talking about it for a year and nothing changed until I just handled it myself and stopped asking since then it’s been smooth sailing. Hope that helps keep some sanity.

Yeah it is. My brain feels like scrambled eggs most days. Ill forget why i walked into a room or leave keys in weird places. Im a runner so i try to clear my head with hard workouts but honestly its just chaos. You do what you can and accept the mess. Dont stress over the little stuff none of it matters anyway. Just keep going.

yeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

Omg I feel you. Honest truth, it’s not the fabric, it’s your dryer. I stopped putting that basket in the dryer long ago. That lint trap holds onto moisture and bacteria like crazy. Now I just leave mine out to air dry or throw in a tennis ball to circulate air. Also make sure you’re using enough detergent, gym clothes get super sweaty. Mira si te ayuda.

bro same. im always wiped after the gym. i finally started bringing a banana and eating it right after. also just realized i drink like 50oz of water before going. if i dont drink enough beforehand im dehydrated and crashing hard afterward. feels like junk after a run even if its light. just started napping for 20 mins immediately after changing out. helps a lot. dont overthink it too much honestly.

same here lol. every sunday my moms house turns into a hostel. aunts uncles cousins all just showing up. i literally just make huge pots of rice and chicken curry and put it on the counter. they help themselves. i dont invite anyone anymore just stop trying to be a good host. survive mode only at this point haha

honestly for me its the post workout crash after eating. i used to skip snacks right after gym and then nap for 3 hours. now i force myself to eat protein within 30 mins of finishing. also make sure ur drinking water not just during but after too. dehydration hits different when u sweat that much. try eating something small immediately and see if it helps u feel less wiped out the next day.
