is it just me or is the sex dead
Quote from Warmgarden1975 on March 27, 2026, 12:06 pmyeah its totally normal. i lift heavy twice a week out here and my quads are trash for two days straight. cant even climb the stairs to get up without groaning. just keep moving a little bit. drinking water helps too. if it burns too bad try some heat. don't expect to walk normal tomorrow though. just tough it out.

Quote from Duskmud on June 13, 2026, 4:43 amyesss i am literally dead after day five. I swear, im mixed so i always feel like im code switching all day at uic which drains my battery fast. then i come home and just stare at the wall for two hours before i can even think about cooking. its not the work load its just the mental load of existing in spaces that werent built for us. wanna sleep through saturday

Quote from citylights1977 on February 2, 2025, 4:43 pmSame. I just walk fast around my neighborhood after clase. No gym, no counting macros, no expensive supplements. Just me and my thoughts. Sometimes I lift heavy boxes at work and thats enough resistance for me. I drink water and try to sleep 7 hours. If I feel like moving, I dance to bad bops in my room. Its not pretty but it keeps me sane. Why overcomplicate it when simply staying alive already takes so much effort?

Quote from kelly1997 on May 14, 2026, 2:11 pmi literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Quote from Janice1980 on May 14, 2026, 2:11 pmI feel you. At my age, I just dont want it either. My husband sleeps in the other room half the time and we are perfectly fine with that. I prefer cuddling on the couch watching tv without any pressure to perform. Life is too short to stress over something you dont need to do. Just relax and enjoy your time together.

Quote from True1987 on September 6, 2025, 8:54 pmi just accept the mess. when i feel like im crumbling i sit on my porch with cold coffee and watch the wind. no fixing, no journaling, just sitting. sometimes i cry till im bored. then i get up and make breakfast. the shedding happens whether i force it or not. just breathe through the ugliest part and let your body do what it needs to do. its messy but its real.
