is it just me or am i so tired all the time ??
Quote from Loomspring on April 6, 2026, 3:57 pmso i just stop engaging with the games entirely. if he wants to play hard to get, he gets radio silence until he acts like a normal human being. im not here to negotiate basic decency or decode mixed signals for fun. you deserve clarity not a puzzle. if he cant give you that straightforward affection, keep his distance. seriously.

Quote from Bayerrand on August 9, 2026, 12:18 pmI just stopped fighting it. I swear, Bought the basic cerave cleanser and nothing else. Used to buy fancy stuff hoping it would fix everything. Now I just wash, moisturize, and let it be. My skin actually cleared up when I stopped stressing over it. Sometimes doing less is the only move left when you are exhausted.

Quote from ScarletLight on July 16, 2026, 1:16 pmI get this too yall. Even when i sleep like 9 hours. My husband says i yawn so loud it wakes him up. I just drink a big glass of cold water and stretch my arms out high. Sometimes i take a quick 10 minute nap in the afternoon too. No big fix just live with it. Hope you feel better soon dear.

Quote from Warmmoss on November 20, 2025, 2:13 pmHonestly yes I do it twice a week even at my age. Yes it hurts the next day but the strength is worth it. I just lifted light dumbbells and did some squats yesterday. Felt like jelly today but I can still carry my groceries and play with my grandkids without my back killing me. Just stretch well and drink plenty of water. It keeps me independent and strong.

Quote from Sunlitrain2001 on July 12, 2026, 8:33 pmHonestly yeah i cancelled headspace last year. saved the money and just sit on my balcony with my phone in another room. 10 mins of staring at the void works just as well. apps are just a business model targeting anxious professionals. plus the constant notifications reminding you to meditate is ironic at best. keep it simple.

Quote from happymoon1966 on April 17, 2026, 5:31 amI just go to the shed and sit for ten minutes. Doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold, I need that silence. My husband stops by to yell at me about chores sometimes but I just ignore him till he leaves. Tells him if he wants peace, he needs to mind his own business. We’re in a small house so boundaries are tough but I don’t let him make me feel crazy for needing a break.

Quote from Moonwaterway on June 14, 2026, 6:24 pmYeah it is exhausting. For real, I just walk after school letting the kids use the playground while i move. No fancy gear or quick fixes. I dont track macros or do interval training. Just getting outside helps clear my head after grading papers. Simple really. Trying to keep it sustainable so i dont burn out completely.

Quote from Barbara1988 on June 14, 2025, 4:46 amSame. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

Quote from Cheryl2003 on March 13, 2025, 5:20 amMy husband works construction so he crashes hard around 2pm. I used to think something was wrong with me too. Then I started napping. Just twenty minutes on the couch while the kids play. Wake up grumpy at first but then the rest of evening is fine. Drinking five cups of coffee doesn't fix it. Try shutting your eyes.
