fr that’s wild. my man used to give me the silent treatment too after we argued. i stopped asking and just started focusing on myself. went to the gym, called my girls. sometimes u gotta show u dont need em to survive. if he keeps ignoring u like that, honestly evaluate the relationship. u deserve better than being treated like furniture.

I don’t play that game. If he leaves it, I let it rot. Seriously. I won’t pick up after an grown man acting like a child. I just move my cleaning supplies away from the sink and let him deal with the mess himself. He figures it out quick when he has no clean pans for coffee. Boundaries keep me sane.

Oh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.

My husband works construction and comes home dead tired. I swear, i used to feel rejected but realized he just needs rest. we cuddle sometimes but don't push for sex. if i really want it, i initiate gentle touch without expectations. if he says no, i respect it and we watch tv. communication helps more than pressure. don't take it personally, man just needs to recharge.

honestly i just stop overthinking. when my divorce was final i called my brother and we went to mall. simple. first date i just went for chai with guy. no fancy dinner stress. if khana was bad or vibe off i left. no drama. just see what happens. dont plan whole life in one meeting. take it easy sis. sometimes bhaiya beta helps too for chaperone lol. keep it low pressure.

omg yeah. week 3 is the worst. i keep staring at the ceiling wondering why my life is on pause. i finally started watching that new detective show so i have something to look forward to besides the clock. also realized ive gained like 5 lbs. just try to survive the boredom. my cousin had the same knee op last year and said week 4 gets slightly better. hang in there.

i started walking in flip flops one summer and low back pain hit. switched to actual walking shoes with arch support and it stopped. also my old yorkie pulls like crazy so i got a harness instead of a collar. changed my walking spot to the flat park path instead of the hilly neighborhood streets. sometimes its just the shoes or the terrain being too uneven. hope that helps.

Yeah it is. My brain feels like scrambled eggs most days. Ill forget why i walked into a room or leave keys in weird places. Im a runner so i try to clear my head with hard workouts but honestly its just chaos. You do what you can and accept the mess. Dont stress over the little stuff none of it matters anyway. Just keep going.

Honestly that sounds nasty. Ngl, My husband always says I smell like dirt and old coffee after he lets the dogs out. I just dump cheap white wine on my ankles and forget it. If he’s analyzing your scent you should probably find someone less obsessed with weird details. I’m too tired to deal with that kind of nonsense. Just keep ignoring him until he goes away. Seriously men are so exhausting sometimes.

Honestly same. I stopped trying to touch my toes years ago. Now I just do gentle stretches in the morning so I dont feel like a rusted robot during the day. At 48 my body tells me no every single time. Just accept it and find what works without pain. Yoga taught me to listen to my limits not push past them.
