Quote from jennifer1966 on August 9, 2026, 12:18 pmi drink a cup of nettle tea before bed and keep my room pitch black. also stop scrolling right before sleep, the blue light messes with your rest. i noticed once i stopped eating heavy meals late at night, i wake up way more refreshed. try drinking a big glass of water first thing in the morning too, dehydration hides as fatigue sometimes.

Quote from Becky1985 on August 24, 2025, 10:36 amyeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Quote from Catherine2001 on October 7, 2025, 7:02 pmHoney, mine is dead too. Tbh, My husband snores like a chainsaw so we just sleep. Honestly, I find more joy being alone with a glass of wine or reading a book. It's just life at this stage. Don't beat yourself up about it. We're grandmas now, not models. Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Quote from Butterfly2003 on September 6, 2026, 2:19 amI just put my headphones on and ignore it. Honestly half those people are probably looking at themselves anyway I do my thing and leave. I’ve been in three different bases so far this year so im used to feeling like the new kid everywhere. Just focus on your workout and try not to overthink it. People are usually more concerned with their own appearance than yours.

Quote from Fernpresentation on July 24, 2025, 3:20 pmyeah honestly same here. Omg, i used to feel like my heart was gonna explode after just walking up stairs, let alone running. now i do 5ks weekly but still pant like a crazy person. i just stop, drink water, and wait it out. its not pretty but you get used to the feeling. dont push too hard at first. maybe try walking intervals if running feels too much.

Quote from boldswan on March 13, 2025, 5:47 pmOye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. For real, If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

Quote from Meadowash on March 25, 2025, 6:48 amfr that is wild. like say it louder for the people in the back. i just tell him exactly what i want and how i want it. no games. if he doesnt like it hes not trying hard enough. my guy knows his place and knows how to please me because i made it clear years ago. keep that energy. dont let him gaslight you into thinking ur needs are too much.
