husband thinks one time a week is enough??
Quote from Jadefinch on May 26, 2025, 5:57 ami feel u. honestly just skip the complicated stuff. i wash face with cetaphil, slap on the ordinary niacinamide serum, put on cerave pm night cream, and throw on sunscreen in the morning. that s it. no fancy tools, no ten step korean routine. sometimes less is literally more. stop stressing and just keep it simple. your skin will thank you for not picking at it.

Quote from Sageclay on February 11, 2026, 3:23 amomg girl same. I literally throw his clothes in the wash the second he takes them off. If they stay in the hamper for more than a few hours, forget it. The smell is unreal. I even wash his workout gear separately with extra detergent because regular stuff doesnt cut it. My bf thinks Im crazy but hey, nobody wants to date a human stench bag. Just keep that washer running, mija.

Quote from meadowdike on May 3, 2026, 11:34 ami dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

Quote from Peachy1990 on June 14, 2025, 12:13 pmi literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. Honestly, just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Quote from brightstar1983 on February 27, 2026, 5:50 pmhonestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.

Quote from Truespirit1988 on October 6, 2025, 1:22 ami been there. started getting really tired and holding water when i hit forty. went to the doc and got blood work done. turns out it was just perimenopause hitting hard. took a bit of adjusting but knowing it wasnt permanent helped. also cut down on salt cause that bloating was awful. hope you feel better soon.

Quote from Mudparallel on August 16, 2026, 4:25 amWell sugar, first you gotta find something to wear that ain't your church dress. I just started meeting folks for coffee at the local shop. Keep it short so you can bail if it gets awkward. Dont overthink it. If he cant hold a conversation about the weather or his dog, swipe left. I had a date last week who talked too much himself but hey, he paid for my latte so it wasnt a total loss.

Quote from Sweetmeadow1992 on May 13, 2025, 8:10 pmdont miss it. i am 46 and my husband and i have been together 20 years. we stopped doing all that fake excitement years ago. now we just chill. watch tv, eat good food, talk about bills. it is peaceful. the honeymoon phase is exhausting. you spend all your energy trying to impress someone. i rather be comfortable and know he is not going anywhere. save your energy for yourself.

Quote from Sara1988 on January 31, 2025, 6:06 amSame situation here man. I swear, My husband acts like the kids are not his. I am exhausted holding everything down while he just sits there. My mom and sisters literally had to step in to help with the little ones otherwise I would have collapsed. It drives me crazy that I have to do everything. Just venting cause I have no energy left for this nonsense. Need a break badly.

Quote from Boldcreek on April 21, 2025, 6:07 amyeah mostly. Omg, i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.
