it was 11 pm last night. i was already in bed. kids were finally asleep after i read three books and scrubbed the kitchen. i wanted some connection you know. just ten minutes of intimacy. he pushed me away. he said i am too demanding lately. demanding what exactly. i work full time. i cook dinner. i fold laundry at target on saturdays when everything is on sale. i do not have the energy to be demanding in bed for two hours. he gets what he wants whenever he wants it usually after rugby night. but when i try initiate he acts like i am asking for a loan. i am thirty four years old not a teenager. is this normal for married life or is he just lazy.

Our ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.

Yeah it’s the divorce fatigue. I’m 46 and honestly just wrecked. Spent all day sorting through mail and thinking about alimony payments instead of actually living. My knees hurt from walking the dog and my brain feels foggy all day. Just drank iced coffee but still feel heavy. Not sure if it’s grief or just old age kicking in early.

I just say no and stop explaining myself. My body, my rules. If he cant handle that we done. I used to feel bad but now I see it as lazy communication on my part. You dont owe anyone access to yourself. Just be clear and consistent. If guilt creeps in remind yourself that you are allowed to rest too.

hon i set clear boundaries day one. told her house rules include no rituals in living spaces. she can do it in her own place or outside. simple as that. been married 12 years, never had issues since. if you dont speak up they just keep doing it. be direct but polite. my dad in law handles the stuff now. works for us.

I stopped trying to manifest shit like three posts ago. Now I just grind. We move every two years anyway so nothing stays static. I focus on survival, not vibes. Last month I wanted a promotion and got a DS TR instead lol. Manifestation feels like voodoo when you are grounded in reality. Just do the work and hope for the best.

screamed into my car after leg day once. heart racing like crazy. just sat there drinking water till it stopped. didnt go back for two weeks. now i just do slow weights and walk on treadmill. no cardio machines for me. panic comes and goes but getting better. dont worry about it kid.

my husband is the same way. we just sit watch tv and hold hands. he says its enough to feel close. i tried talking more but he gets shut down. so now i just lean into it. sometimes silence is better than fake words. dont force convo if hes not there. just sit with him. it works for us even if it feels weird at first. trust the quiet.

Aura is just a fancy word for burnout. I swear, I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

fr that is wild. Lol, like say it louder for the people in the back. i just tell him exactly what i want and how i want it. no games. if he doesnt like it hes not trying hard enough. my guy knows his place and knows how to please me because i made it clear years ago. keep that energy. dont let him gaslight you into thinking ur needs are too much.
