Quote from Judith1993 on November 24, 2025, 11:22 amhonestly i dont even know what he means. i just want to feel good. if he thinks asking for what i like is too much then he has bigger problems. i just say what i want clearly cause its not mind reading. if hes mad about that then ima send him to therapy not me. we are adults here. stop making it complicated.

Quote from Cloudmoss on July 8, 2025, 7:41 pmGirl same. My doc said early perimenopause and i felt like dying. The hot flashes are wild and the brain fog is real. I just started taking vitamin d and magnesium plus trying to sleep more. It helps a little but its still rough. Yount alone tho. Just take it one day at a time.

Quote from Warm2000 on July 27, 2025, 4:11 pmman its awful. i just gave him tylenol and laid him on the couch with extra blankets. then i set five alarms on my phone to check his temp while hes sleeping. if hes burning up by 4am i call out and just dont go in. better than trying to work with a sick kid at home. hope he breaks the fever soon.

Quote from BoldLeaf on May 14, 2026, 3:23 ami usually just stop talking. him calling me sensitive is classic gaslighting. i walk away and let him sit in that energy. my spirit cant be drained by that nonsense. ur feelings are valid. dont let him rewrite ur reality. sometimes the best revenge is doing nothing and letting him feel the weight of his own words. stay grounded sis.

Quote from Warm1979 on July 13, 2025, 10:03 amHonestly yes I do it twice a week even at my age. Yes it hurts the next day but the strength is worth it. I just lifted light dumbbells and did some squats yesterday. Felt like jelly today but I can still carry my groceries and play with my grandkids without my back killing me. Just stretch well and drink plenty of water. It keeps me independent and strong.

Quote from Rainbowchild1992 on March 5, 2026, 1:55 pmfr that’s wild. my man used to give me the silent treatment too after we argued. i stopped asking and just started focusing on myself. went to the gym, called my girls. sometimes u gotta show u dont need em to survive. if he keeps ignoring u like that, honestly evaluate the relationship. u deserve better than being treated like furniture.

Quote from quietstorm on October 29, 2025, 3:09 pmhonestly same here. my body just feels wrecked and cranky. i usually end up just laying on the couch for an hour after my long runs. then i take a hot shower and drink water. it takes a day or two to actually feel good again. dont you dare start doing yoga or meditation bc that sounds exhausting right now. just rest.

Quote from Kathryn1993 on August 20, 2026, 3:34 amyeah it is definitely just you lol. I swear, my body goes crazy after heavy lifts. i usually have a handful of sunflower seeds and a banana right when i finish. keeps me from feeling like i might pass out but doesnt make me too full. sometimes if its really bad i sip on bone broth while i cool down. helps with the cravings without wrecking my appetite for dinner later.

Quote from Carol1973 on July 27, 2025, 9:19 amOh honey that sounds awful. I quit the treadmill years ago. My knees just couldn’t take it anymore. Now I walk around the park near my house. Much nicer. Fresh air and sunshine. Try lowering the incline or speed. Or just stop. No point hurting yourself. Drink some water too. Feel better.

Quote from Pearlharp on January 31, 2025, 6:06 amHoney I just keep pushin on. I stop drinkin coffee after noon cause it wrecks my sleep. Then I just rest my feet up and listen to the Word while I knit. Ain t nothing you can do about it but breathe through it. My grandma said this is just the price of admission for survivin this long. So I just take it day by day y all.
