Quote from Birchbreeze on February 7, 2024, 12:51 pmHappens to me all the time. I switched to a heavy duty detergent and added a cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle. Also stopped letting wet clothes sit in the machine. Usually put them right in the dryer. Makes a huge difference. My old stuff smelled like a swamp till i did that. Now it just smells like clean cotton. Try the vinegar trick first its cheap and works.

Quote from Kelly1990 on October 2, 2024, 7:16 amHaha same here sister. My kids are finally napping so Idc. I just brew a double and sit in silence. Its the only time I remember I exist. If I stop now my brain starts racing anyway. So might as well enjoy it. My husband complains but I tell him shhh. Peace is expensive.

Quote from Happy2001 on July 27, 2024, 8:48 amAt that age I just stopped playing along. He said one thing but did another so I just watched his actions. If he wanted to play games I clocked out. No more chasing or questioning. I kept my circle small and focused on my own peace. Love doesn’t mean stress, it means safety.

Quote from dani1989 on January 7, 2024, 1:22 amfr fr nothing irritates me more. Ngl, i just wear oversized hoodies and huge headphones to block out the world. if a guy gets too close i make direct eye contact until he looks away. most of them are too dumb to keep it up. also dont be afraid to call them out if they get creepy. safety first but dont let them ruin your workout vibe

Quote from silverlinings1988 on September 6, 2024, 8:25 pmI get this too yall. Even when i sleep like 9 hours. My husband says i yawn so loud it wakes him up. I just drink a big glass of cold water and stretch my arms out high. Sometimes i take a quick 10 minute nap in the afternoon too. No big fix just live with it. Hope you feel better soon dear.

Quote from Violetshadow on January 3, 2024, 3:46 pmYeah totally normal. My husband does the same after work. He just sits on the porch and stares at the trees or works on his truck. I dont bother him. It gives him space to chill so hes not grumpy later. Some guys just need that quiet time to decompress. I get my own time too. We both respect it. It works for us.

Quote from fieldprairie on April 2, 2024, 9:38 amnah its not weird at all. i just broke up too and weirdly i miss cooking dinner and doing laundry more than seeing his face. being busy keeps me sane so now im just lost in the quiet. i spend my days running and lifting to get the stress out. it sucks but at least i have control over my routine now. its weird how much you take for granted until its gone.

Quote from moonbeamstar1969 on July 6, 2024, 1:59 amhonestly same. lately i just do the bare minimum. light one candle, sit outside for 10 mins, breathe. thats it. no crystals no journals no rituals. my ancestors didn’t need apps to find peace. i’m tired too so i’m resting not performing spirituality. let it rest.

Quote from honeybee on February 26, 2024, 4:02 amhaleya same thing happens to me every night. Honestly, i wake up at 3am then stare at ceiling for an hour. usually i just check phone until i fall asleep again. its exhausting but honestly my brain wont shut off. coffee helps during day but useless at night. try drinking less water before bed maybe? not sure if it helps but worth a shot. good luck
