how do you get your energy back after a divorce i feel so depleted
Quote from Dani1988 on April 24, 2019, 12:59 pmI am so tired. I woke up at 4am again. Just laid there staring at the ceiling. Got up to make coffee and noticed I was out of oat milk. Had to drive to Target in my pajamas. Spent 20 minutes finding the cereal aisle. Bought the generic brand because I could not afford the name brand this month. My ex took the good blender so I am making smoothies with a fork now. It takes forever. My daughter asked if we are broke. I just said yes. I feel empty inside. Not sad really just hollow. Quote from Rebecca1982 on March 13, 2019, 9:20 pmHonestly I just stopped apologizing. Lol, My husband thinks I’m mad sometimes but I’m not. Just tired. Or bored. It’s okay. We cuddle instead. Or watch TV. I don’t force it. If I want to, it happens. If not, we sleep. My body isn’t a public service. Try that. It works for us. At least the guilt is gone for me.

Quote from diane1984 on August 28, 2019, 6:17 amyup same. i do high impact stuff so my knees are basically shot. after sunday service i literally have to ice them for an hour straight. it sucks but hey, pain is temporary right. just keep moving and take some ibuprofen if you have to. dont let it stop you from hitting the gym tomorrow. we got this.

Quote from Snowjewel on December 28, 2020, 3:11 amI get it. At 47, i assumed sleep was free but it really ain’t. I cut coffee after 10am and started taking magnesium before bed. Also checking my iron levels. Sometimes it’s just bad habits. Try going to bed 30 mins earlier and no phone in bed. Just straight sleep.

Quote from Dalepageant on February 10, 2020, 12:33 pmlmao honestly same. Omg, my momactually laughed when i told her i take magnesium at night. she thinks pills are for old people only but like hey if it helps my anxiety go away she can keep judging me from the sidelines. i just take them in private so she doesnt say anything. trust your gut on this one.

Quote from sleetdeal on January 23, 2021, 10:17 ami use heating pads and witch hazel compresses when the pain gets bad. also trying to walk barefoot on grass helps ground me and loosen up my joints. my grandma taught me to rub warm olive oil mixed with clove oil into the knees before bed. it’s not a cure but it takes the edge off without numbing me out. keep moving gentle don’t let it sit still too long.

Quote from Pinkrosebud1995 on October 6, 2021, 12:50 amthree years is forever honestly. i’ve been off apps for two years now. my tribe taught me patience is good but not sitting around waiting for magic. i go to classes and meet people through friends. if he can’t commit in that time he’s just using the app for ego. stop waiting. keep living your life.
