i started walking in flip flops one summer and low back pain hit. switched to actual walking shoes with arch support and it stopped. also my old yorkie pulls like crazy so i got a harness instead of a collar. changed my walking spot to the flat park path instead of the hilly neighborhood streets. sometimes its just the shoes or the terrain being too uneven. hope that helps.

I don’t play that game. If he leaves it, I let it rot. Seriously. I won’t pick up after an grown man acting like a child. I just move my cleaning supplies away from the sink and let him deal with the mess himself. He figures it out quick when he has no clean pans for coffee. Boundaries keep me sane.

Honestly that’s just rude. My husband says the same sometimes bc my mom was a different era. I just tell him to stop comparing. I cook what tastes good to me now. Sometimes it’s simpler. If he doesn’t like it he can make it himself. Seriously don’t let it get to you.

omg yeah its totally normal. For real, mine be feelin like jelly for like two days after i hit them squats hard. i just keep walkin around my apt to get the blood movin and take ibuprofen if its really bad. dont skip leg day tho dont u dare. i swear if i rest too long it gets worse lol. just push through it bestie you got this

i just accept the mess. when i feel like im crumbling i sit on my porch with cold coffee and watch the wind. no fixing, no journaling, just sitting. sometimes i cry till im bored. then i get up and make breakfast. the shedding happens whether i force it or not. just breathe through the ugliest part and let your body do what it needs to do. its messy but its real.

hey girl. my aunt had a scare too. i just sat with her and held her hand while she cried. we didnt talk. just let the tears come. its okay to fall apart. take your time. im holding space for you. hope u feel a lil lighter soon. sending big hugs to u and your fam. stay strong but also be gentle with yourself.

Mija same. I swear the gym smells like sweat and regret. I just walk at my local park while listening to bad reggaeton. No equipment needed just me moving my body. Sometimes I go back and forth at home too. If I miss a day I dont overthink it. Life is messy. Consistency is boring anyway. Just do what feels good that day. Ay ay ay.

nah im just doing squats at the office gym before meetings. glute activation seems like extra work for small gains. i dont really feel it anyway. just stick to basic compound lifts and eat enough protein. the trend is just people selling bands and courses. i rather focus on my back pain from coding all day. simpler is better for me tbh.

Same here basically. Just moved for my husbands deployment this month. Doc says labs are perfect but i am dragging all day. I ended up checking my iron and vits too. Low iron was part of it. Also just standard military life burnout. Try adding straight iron supplements if you havent. Helps a bit at least until we settle in new base housing. Good luck

Same here. Since getting older my knees are complaining loudly. I stopped doing strict fasts or keeping long padavrat because it puts too much pressure on joints. Now I just do light yoga and take calcium supplements regularly. My daadi used to say joint pain is common but I didnt take it seriously until mine started hurting. Its not romantic suffering. Just eating well and resting is enough for me now.
