im done with the whole find god thing honestly. its exhausting trying to fit into someone else's version of spirituality. i just go to the river, sit in silence, and let the water do the talking. no rituals, no forcing it. sometimes the earth is enough. rest is its own form of prayer for me right now.

I stopped trying to manifest shit like three posts ago. Now I just grind. We move every two years anyway so nothing stays static. I focus on survival, not vibes. Last month I wanted a promotion and got a DS TR instead lol. Manifestation feels like voodoo when you are grounded in reality. Just do the work and hope for the best.

ugh seriously my husband did the exact same thing last week after we moved to germany. i told him to take a hike because his mum lives three time zones away and i am not her. i cook what i want what happens and if he doesnt like it he can figure it out himself. honestly the constant moving makes me too tired to stress over replicating some random meal his brain is fixated on anyway. just keep doing you.

Ugh that sounds so frustrating. My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.

Ugh, yeah that's so annoying. I usually just put my headphones on super loud and pretend I don't see them. Sometimes I even make eye contact and just hold it till they look away lol. Works pretty good for me.

yeah that sounds off. i run 3 miles outside daily and i’m fine after. maybe your pace is too high or the incline is tweaked weird. check your form too, shrugging shoulders drains you fast. i just keep it steady, breathe deep, and listen to my body. if it burns out quick, dial it down. dont push through that kind of fatigue.

I run during my lunch break to clear my head before the second period bell rings. Lately I just walk briskly instead. The kids are keeping me on my toes all day so by noon i barely have energy to jog. I used to hit 5 mph easily but now 3 feels like a stretch. Just listening to podcasts while moving at a slower pace works just as well for me honestly.

i just stopped answering his texts about needing space. honestly it feels exhausting to keep picking up the pieces every time he checks out. im focusing on my lesson planning and hanging out with my girls instead. if he wants space he can have it but im not holding my breath. it isnt my job to manage his emotions or wait around.

nah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.

same. i just ice it after work and take arnica tablets because my mom says pills are poison. also stretch before bed even though i hate it. honestly just resting lets the inflammation die down mostly. i wear compression sleeves too. its annoying but i try to avoid ibuprofen unless its absolutely necessary. my knees are wrecked from too much sitting all day. just baby them i guess.
