Health habit that changed everything
Quote from shoreiron on February 26, 2026, 11:52 pmnever had time to be stressed after first kid too. 3 kids is just chaos but you get used to it. I just keep a big whiteboard in kitchen for daily tasks and let husband handle bedtime sometimes. my brain feels full all the time but honestly its better than before. just survive each day. dont worry about being perfect.

Quote from Birchtreaty on August 28, 2026, 6:02 pmI walked away from the gym too. Tbh, Water retention and cortisol are real messes. I started doing yoga in my living room instead. No mirrors, no scales, just moving. It took months to feel normal again. Your body is stressed, not broken. Give it peace, not punishment. Focus on how you sleep and eat. The weight will sort itself out when you stop fighting it.

Quote from Indigo再见 on January 30, 2026, 3:55 amHonestly same. Ngl, I stopped trying to force the whole sanctuary vibe and just do five mins of stretching while my niece naps nearby. No chanting, no candles, just breathing. If I miss a day, I don't guilt trip myself. Sometimes spirituality is just showing up tired and dealing with it. Keep it simple sis, your soul gets it.

Quote from Boldroot on August 20, 2026, 3:40 pmi just walk everywhere. no matter where we live, i get outside. sometimes it’s snow, sometimes heat, doesn’t matter. i stretch on the porch before coffee. it keeps my joints loose. i don’t need a gym membership that expires every time we pack up. my body is my home too, so i treat it with respect daily. simple movements count more than fancy routines.

Quote from linen on January 6, 2026, 9:49 amDear girl let me tell you something i been doing this same thing since my children started school. I just keep my extra sweater in the car and drink tons of tea. My husband always says i catch colds like crazy. Just rest up dear. Dont push yourself too hard. I learned that the hard way years ago. Sending you big hugs.

Quote from trueamber on May 8, 2026, 5:59 pmok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. For real, growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.
