he says he loves me but still plays games during sprints
Quote from dani1965 on May 23, 2019, 1:36 pmIt is 11 pm again. I just took out the trash at 7 Eleven. The guy there looked tired too. My husband says he loves me every night before bed. Then he opens Valorant. He does not hear me when I ask about the mortgage rates. I am sitting on the sofa fixing his code on his laptop. He pushes it away. He says focus is important for his sprint. I feel invisible. I make dinner at 6 pm. He eats in silence. I wash the dishes. I look at the unpaid bills on the counter. I am 34 years old. I work in data analytics. I know stats. I know the probability of change is low right now. Am I crazy for feeling like this?

Quote from Plantmama1991 on September 26, 2019, 4:42 pmStop doing 45 min sessions. My knees gave out from that. Now i do 20 min walks after dinner. Just move. Hydrate more too. Dehydration makes u feel like crap after exercise. Drink water before and after. Simple. Dont overcomplicate it. If u feel worse check form or intensity. Lower weight. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Quote from christine1993 on November 4, 2020, 2:19 amI dont even try anymore. After watching my grandkids all day im drained. I used to feel guilty but now i just stretch in the living room while watching TV. Its enough movement for me honestly. If they are napping i might do some light yoga but thats it. Total surrender to the couch is the best plan.

Quote from Alice1987 on December 24, 2020, 7:32 pmI just stop trying to meet some fitness gods standard. If I got home and only had energy to stretch for ten minutes, that counts. I dont have the mental bandwidth to cook a post workout meal or shower twice. Some days I just drink water and hope for tomorrow. My body isnt a temple its just a vehicle and it needs rest after managing two kids all day.

Quote from Carolyn1980 on October 16, 2020, 4:23 pmHonestly yeah. Im a serial snorer and post, divorce life is exhausting. Last time it happened my date laughed and covered me with the duvet. We ordered pizza instead. At this point honest is better than faking it. If they cant handle you being tired maybe they arent the one. Just roll with it.

Quote from Chloe1997 on February 17, 2021, 11:55 pmI just google local appliance repair near me and call the ones with decent reviews. Omg, If it is under warranty check that first though. Dont trust random guys on social media ads unless you have friends who used them. I had my treadmill fixed by legit service guy once cost like 50 bucks for belt adjustment. Check if its just a simple part before asking for full service.
