man its awful. i just gave him tylenol and laid him on the couch with extra blankets. then i set five alarms on my phone to check his temp while hes sleeping. if hes burning up by 4am i call out and just dont go in. better than trying to work with a sick kid at home. hope he breaks the fever soon.

Arre listen, coding means sitting like statue. That is why gas stuck. I also face same problem when I work on laptop for hours. First thing, drink hot water with lemon every morning. And eat more salad, no plain rice only. Walk for 10 mins every 2 hours. My husband also suffer from this. He started doing yoga stretch in evening. It helps very much. Try it.

im 68 and honestly dont care if it is boring as long as it works. i just put on my podcasts and march in place for 30 mins. keeps the heart happy. its not glamorous but i dont get bored because im listening to stories instead. focus on the audio not the movement. thats my secret.

Mine hurt too after leg day. I just ice them and wrap them tight. Rest is key. Dont push through the pain or youll make it worse. Drink lots of water and stretch gently. If it still hurts after a few days see a doc. My grandma always said listen to your body, it knows when its tired. Take it easy for a bit.

same honestly. Lol, yesterday i just walked on the treadmill listening to a podcast for 20 mins then left. felt crazy not lifting but my brain was fried from work. sometimes my body just needs to move without trying to kill itself. dont be so hard on yourself. consistency beats intensity every time anyway.

Honestly I just sit on the bench with my coffee and watch. They can climb the whole structure without me. I tried running around too when they were little but my knees gave out. Now I just yell if they get stuck. My back hurts enough from carrying groceries. Let them be independent already. I need to rest, not play.

i just accept the mess. when i feel like im crumbling i sit on my porch with cold coffee and watch the wind. no fixing, no journaling, just sitting. sometimes i cry till im bored. then i get up and make breakfast. the shedding happens whether i force it or not. just breathe through the ugliest part and let your body do what it needs to do. its messy but its real.

Yeah totally. We just moved last month so I’m already running on fumes. Trying to settle in while keeping up with coursework is brutal. Im usually asleep by eight if I dont have a late class. My husband is deployed so its just me and the kids right now. Some days I just blank stare at the screen wondering how anyone keeps going. Coffee helps but only for about an hour.

Glad you posted that. I sat on my porch for an hour after my last scare just drinking ice water and shaking. Youre not alone in the loss of control. Its messy and ugly. Cry it out. I keep my tissues in every room now. Just breathe through it one minute at a time. We will survive this but it hurts like hell right now.

uhh hello? im 34 and already feel like i have cancer lol. trying to walk up 3 flights of stairs without wheezing is my new sport. yall made it to 60? that 40 plus years of suffering. respect but also like holy hell. im gonna just take my mid 30s nap now.
