It is past 9 pm and I just closed my laptop. Back hurts. Shoulders are tight. I work in QA and sit for ten hours daily. Tried going to Any Fitness last Tuesday. The squat rack was taken by a guy in a headband for forty minutes. I waited. He talked on phone. Left. I went to do a few sets. My sweat shirt smelled like stale coffee and sadness. It cost me twenty dollars for the month but I only went twice. Too much driving. Too much waiting. My kid finally asleep but I feel drained just thinking about changing clothes. Do you go to commercial gyms or hire a trainer. Please tell me it is not just me.

Not weird at all. I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.

yeah it’s crazy. Tbh, i stopped buying anything there except maybe a gum if i forget. for my groceries i go to aldi or my local arabic market on saturday. the prices are half and the veggies look actual fresh not dried out. gas station food is literally just convenience tax so yeah dont do it unless ur starving late at night

mija he is straight up giving you the cold shoulder and trying to gaslight u. when my ex got distant i stopped chasing. u r not overthinking u r reacting to his lack of effort. keep living ur life. if he wants to be close he will step up. dont waste ur energy on someone who stays away. stay strong.

Honestly same. I stopped trying to force the whole sanctuary vibe and just do five mins of stretching while my niece naps nearby. No chanting, no candles, just breathing. If I miss a day, I don't guilt trip myself. Sometimes spirituality is just showing up tired and dealing with it. Keep it simple sis, your soul gets it.

ugh yes. i got divorced last year and started running to process stuff. after my first 5k i literally sat on the curb gasping like i was having a heart attack. thought i was gonna drop dead. took me weeks to build up stamina im not gonna lie. just drink water and give it time.

Girl no that ain't normal. My knees click like crazy after sitting in that pew for two hours on Sunday but it settles down quick. If it hurts this bad after just a few hours something is wrong. I iced mine last night and took a baby aspirin. Hope you feel better soon darlin. Take care of yourself honey.

honestly yeah. im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

honestly i just squeeze it in when i can. work been crazy lately so some days i skip it entirely and thats fine. dont stress bout missing a day or two. my body needs rest too. if u get home late just do a quick stretch or walk around the block. dont let guilt eat u up. we all tired sometimes. just do what u can with whats left in the tank.

honestly same here. i’m twenty eight and honestly just so done with the performance aspect of it all. some nights i’d rather just cuddle or sleep. it’s not that i don’t love my partner but the pressure to be excited is exhausting. i feel like i’m constantly thinking about what’s next instead of just being in the moment. is everyone else this checked out or am i just crazy
