honestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.

frstrated af rn same thing happens to me. i feel beat up and just wanna lay down after. i stopped doing high impact stuff n just started walking fast for 20 mins. prob helps me less stress about it tho. u trying to lift heavy or cardio?? cuz that might be why u feel wrecked. give ur body a breather instead of pushing thru the pain

nah ur not alone tbh i used 2 think it was just me. i sit there visualizing all day and nothing happens. its exhausting fr. now i just manifest snacks bc that actually works lol. stop stressing sm. sometimes its just life happening and we gotta deal with it instead of trying to hack the universe. im tired of the hustle

Oh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.

never had time to be stressed after first kid too. 3 kids is just chaos but you get used to it. I just keep a big whiteboard in kitchen for daily tasks and let husband handle bedtime sometimes. my brain feels full all the time but honestly its better than before. just survive each day. dont worry about being perfect.

Babe take the nap. Seriously. My husband wants round two daily and I’m over it. I just tell him I’m dead to the world. We compromise on weekends. Rest is sacred at my age. If he’s mad he can sleep on the couch. Your energy is limited so spend it on yourself. Don’t feel guilty.

I feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

same here. my bhaiya used to shout from office all day. i just wear earphones and say mind bolna. after 10 years he realized i am not ignoring him but just tired. now he keeps his voice low when i am home. it took time but patience works. dont fight with him daily. just stay quiet and do my kaam. slowly he will understand.

same here. i label my leftovers with my name and the date in big marker. if he eats them he knows he messed up. started doing that last month and honestly it stopped. men are simple creatures. they just need a clear boundary drawn for them lol. now i just keep mine in the top shelf so he cant even see them

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.
