Look I stopped trying to be spiritual all the time. For real, It felt like work. Now I just drink water and walk outside. If I need to reset I sit quietly for five mins. No chanting no crystals. Just breathing. My peace comes from boundaries not rituals. Keep it simple. Rest when tired. Ignore the pressure to be enlightened. You dont owe anyone your energy.

He’s projecting. When my ex did that, i stopped trying to read his mind. I just kept doing my thing. If he wants to talk, great. If not, i’m not gonna sit here anxious while he ignores me. You teach kids all day, you have enough emotional labor to do. Don’t give your energy away to someone who isn’t showing up. Just focus on your own routine and see if he steps up.

same here. just moved again so my endo is whatever. labs say im fine but i feel like crap. i just drink tonns of water and try to nap whenever the kids are down. its a mess. dont let the dr dismiss you if u still feel wrecked push back. i took coq10 last week and felt slightly less dead. good luck

Honestly he sounds typical desi husband type. After work he just sits on sofa with phone. I tell him behave like normal human being. Sometimes we just sit together drinking chai saying nothing and it is okay. But if silence means he ignores you completely that is red flag. Talk to him clearly about what you need. Don't guess his feelings.

Same here. I skip the meditation apps. Just take ibuprofen, put on compression socks, and lie flat for 20 mins. Hot shower helps too. Dont try to fix it instantly. Just rest properly. My lower back is killing me from coding all week so I know the pain. Keep pushin through but dont ignore the ache. Eat something salty too.

Yeah totally normal. My husband does the same after work. He just sits on the porch and stares at the trees or works on his truck. I dont bother him. It gives him space to chill so hes not grumpy later. Some guys just need that quiet time to decompress. I get my own time too. We both respect it. It works for us.

ive moved every 18 months for work and yeah it kills the vibe. hard to build intimacy when you are busy unpacking boxes or sleeping on an air mattress. my partner and i just stopped trying to plan dates during the first year in a new city. we just ordered takeout and watched movies until things settled down. now we wait until lease renews to start dating again

omg same. just sit cross legged on a folded blanket instead of floor. keeps hips higher so less pressure on tailbone. i use old yoga mats cut up as extra cushions too. dont force posture if pain is there. just breathe and let body find comfort wherever that is today. sometimes less is more tbh.

man i feel this so hard. Omg, my partner is the same way. its exhausting. i literally start withdrawing if its just about finishing. i tell him straight up that if he wants cuddling just ask for it separately. its not my job to assume hes cuddly after. i need connection not just release. its so tiring to have to manage his emotions around intimacy too.

same here. i stretch every nite but my hamstrings are rock. it’s wild how fast the body changes. i just accept it now and focus on keeping my back loose so i dont hurt myself. 45 feels young but the joints say otherwise. at least mine still work lol.
