Mira, same here. The gym is a scam for me. I hate the smell, the mirrors, whatever. I just walk. Like, I put on my shoes and walk for 30 minutes while listening to podcasts. No sweating, no judgment. My neighbors think I’m crazy but at least I’m moving, si? Consistency? Please. I do what I can when I can. Some days it’s trash, others I walk more. It’s not perfect but it works for me.

honestly same. i just stop trying to initiate. if he wants sex we can do it but i am not providing the aftercare anymore. he has to learn to be affectionate on his own or not get lucky. i am too exhausted to play therapist. just let him sit with the awkward silence instead of fixing it for him. works for me.

i totally get it honestly. sometimes my body just feels like it clocked out for the day and my brain is stuck in overdrive. i just tell him straight up that i need zero pressure. usually we just cuddle or play on our phones until i actually feel present again. if i fake it or force it its worse. gotta protect my peace first or it turns into a chore and nobody wants that vibe.

honestly same here. i’m twenty eight and honestly just so done with the performance aspect of it all. some nights i’d rather just cuddle or sleep. it’s not that i don’t love my partner but the pressure to be excited is exhausting. i feel like i’m constantly thinking about what’s next instead of just being in the moment. is everyone else this checked out or am i just crazy

Yeah honestly happens more than u think. Im tired all the time from work and school so sometimes i just pass out. Not gonna lie it feels weird at first but my partner doesnt mind. Just make sure he knows u rnt tryna be rude tho. Maybe try switching it up for an night or just tell him ur exhausted. No big deal really happens to everyone

ugh tell me about it. For real, i cant even sit down right bc my quads are screaming. took me three days to walk down the stairs after my last session and even that was a struggle. i just layed in bed and stared at the ceiling while my legs shook. but hey at least we look good doing it, right? ugh. seriously though hope it goes away by tomorrow.

I don’t play that game. If he leaves it, I let it rot. Seriously. I won’t pick up after an grown man acting like a child. I just move my cleaning supplies away from the sink and let him deal with the mess himself. He figures it out quick when he has no clean pans for coffee. Boundaries keep me sane.

hey girl same here. my doc said everything is fine but i still feel like i got dragged through a rug every morning. just take it easy on yourself. maybe eat some more fish and rest. dont force urself to do too much. we all know how hard it is but ur body needs time. hope u get some rest soon. big hug to u.

same. just bought a meditation app at 11pm and now i am staring at the ceiling waiting for enlightenment. it is not working. the couch feels like it glued itself to me. i tried shifting my legs but the friction coefficient is too high. probably will just nap for 20 mins and ruin my circadian rhythm again. send coffee. or dont. i am too tired to decide.

Same here. My husband also takes forever. I just put on noise cancelling headphones and listen to music. Or I do my own skincare routine downstairs. No point waiting. Let him take his time. I make chai for myself and relax. It is better than sitting there angry. You learn to manage it. Just ignore the shower sound and focus on yourself. Works for me most days.
