Grandma’s prayers kept me sane during that storm.
Quote from Meadowlookout on August 23, 2026, 4:25 amomg sis same energy. Omg, we’re pacific so family always over but my husband is a stink bomb. i literally just pull the blankets over his head and bury him in the bed. if he wakes up squished he’ll wash his face at least. husband smells like fish and sweat but i’m too tired to fight. just use strong perfume and ignore it lol.

Quote from Wild1979 on January 7, 2025, 2:12 pmI get it. My husband was pushing hard too. I stopped overthinking the performance part and just told him we need low pressure. We switched to just touching without expecting penetration. Took the edge off for both of us. Now we actually want to be closer. Don’t force it if your body says no. Communication works better than ghosting through it. Just be honest.

Quote from Coralloom on September 1, 2025, 9:57 pmI just keep a jump rope in my suitcase always. Once we land and unpack slightly, I do 10 mins a day in the living room. No gym membership drama. If we move again before three months, at least I stayed active. My back hates it but better than getting stiff on the plane or couch. Simple routine beats fancy equipment any day.

Quote from bloomtail on January 19, 2025, 8:45 amsame here. i hate how hot and stuffy my living room gets when i run. now i just walk outside by the school track. its quiet early in the morning and the fresh air helps. if i do run inside i turn the fan on max and eat a banana right after. dont try to push through nausea. just stop and drink water.

Quote from Beth2000 on July 13, 2025, 5:51 pmyeah that happens to me too when i sit all day at the diner. mine gets stiff as a board. i just stand up and walk around the kitchen for a bit or do some simple stretches by the sink. helps a lot. drink water too cuz dehydration makes it worse. mine still hurts sometimes but moving around gets it to loosen up eventually. dont worry about it too much

Quote from Honeybee1994 on October 7, 2025, 7:02 pmHoney same here. I used to pay for that gym membership but honestly just sat on one machine for twenty minutes. Now I walk my dog around the neighborhood twice a day. Gets my heart rate up and Im outside. Saves my wallet too. Plus I see the neighbors which is way nicer than staring at a wall.

Quote from cometreef on March 19, 2025, 8:43 amYeah it’s awful. I’m 48 and just forgot my own nickname for the new dog. Three kids really fries you. I’ve started using a whiteboard by the door for important stuff just to keep my sanity. My ex used to joke about it but honestly it’s exhausting not knowing what day it is half the time. Just drink coffee and roll with it.

Quote from MoonIvy on November 17, 2025, 1:58 amGirl same thing happens to me. I swear, I just start with five minutes on the treadmill. If it feels too heavy I stop. No guilt allowed. My prayer group helps too, we just talk about stress sometimes. Don’t try to do all at once. Just show up honey. Y’all got this. Lord willing we keep going one day at a time.

Quote from Farmhouse1970 on August 25, 2025, 12:54 pmHonestly I just survived on cheap coffee and silence first few months. Ngl, Stop trying to be productive. My in laws still call daily so i muted their numbers. Go walk outside even if just around block. Eat whatever you want no guilt. One day at a time. If crying helps do it. Dont force yourself to be happy yet. Just exist.

Quote from Maria1982 on December 27, 2025, 6:17 amit is definitely worse. i stopped swiping last month because every guy under 40 wants a baby mama who cooks kabsa and cleans his house. i just want someone who pays half the rent and doesnt talk about crypto. honestly its better hanging out with my uncles at the weekend mall than dealing with these weird men. tired of explaining basic respect.
