Quote from Yarnchronicle on September 7, 2025, 3:26 pmI just stopped fighting it. Bought the basic cerave cleanser and nothing else. Used to buy fancy stuff hoping it would fix everything. Now I just wash, moisturize, and let it be. My skin actually cleared up when I stopped stressing over it. Sometimes doing less is the only move left when you are exhausted.

Quote from Free1991 on June 16, 2026, 6:01 pmUgh that sounds so frustrating. Tbh, My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.

Quote from Rillchip on June 14, 2026, 11:59 pmI feel this. Honestly, Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

Quote from Skythicket on September 30, 2025, 8:50 pmyeah it’s definitely worse. i’m 29 and the dating apps feel like a part time job i hate. half the guys here in chicago are either looking for a hookup or still acting like they’re in college. the other half are married but won’t admit it. i’m tired of explaining that having a career and boundaries doesn’t mean i’m high maintenance. honestly i’d rather just stay in and order pad thai. the ratio of decent men to available women feels completely off right now and i’m over pretending otherwise.

Quote from gateash on February 28, 2026, 4:20 amSame. After the kids hit toddlerhood it vanished. Husband thinks we just forget. I start chores so he sleeps. Honestly cant be bothered explaining again. We touch but thats it. My auntie says wait til they leave home. I just nod. Feel like roommates who share dna. Maybe thats normal now. Just tired.

Quote from Leaftunnel on July 31, 2026, 6:28 pmhonestly i just skip the glute activation bs. feels like a waste of time. i hit my legs hard on squat day and thats it. if they activate during the lift perfect otherwise who cares. save ur energy for the actual weights. plus my gym gets super crowded so standing around doing band walks is annoying. just lift heavy and move on with your life.

Quote from amy1994 on February 9, 2025, 2:59 amim done with the whole find god thing honestly. its exhausting trying to fit into someone else's version of spirituality. i just go to the river, sit in silence, and let the water do the talking. no rituals, no forcing it. sometimes the earth is enough. rest is its own form of prayer for me right now.

Quote from Dawnstone on March 26, 2026, 4:58 amYeah honestly. Hubby snores so loud i just give up after a while. We make out sometimes but that is about it. I think at our age it just is not the main event anymore. We hold hands and watch tv which is nice enough. Dont stress about it. My body just aches too much for anything wild.

Quote from Dawncounter on January 16, 2026, 11:56 pmi just do it. keep it simple. load the bar, bend over, pull. my ancestors were strong so im wired for this. i dont overthink the technique much, just move the weight. sometimes i fail, that’s normal. i breathe through my nose, focus on my core, and push through. it feels good when the weight moves. no fancy gear needed, just sweat and determination. keep showing up.

Quote from Betty1992 on August 28, 2026, 6:02 pmHonestly sounds like you are just burnt out. Omg, My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.
