same honestly. Tbh, i’m burnt out from taking two cabs to the gym after work just to hit a PR. my brain won’t shut up about work so my weight is off. i switched to 3 short sessions a week instead of killing myself 5 times. progress is slow but i’m less exhausted. maybe u need rest not more grind. hope that helps sm

nah its not weird at all. i just broke up too and weirdly i miss cooking dinner and doing laundry more than seeing his face. being busy keeps me sane so now im just lost in the quiet. i spend my days running and lifting to get the stress out. it sucks but at least i have control over my routine now. its weird how much you take for granted until its gone.

I just go. Half hour, straight to the treadmill, listen to a boring podcast, leave. No fancy routines, no intensity checks. If I skip, I feel sluggish and guilty all day. Going makes the rest of the week feel slightly less chaotic. Not doing it because Im squeezed often, but even 20 mins helps reset my brain. Work stays anyway, but the sweat helps.

i just accept the mess. Ngl, when i feel like im crumbling i sit on my porch with cold coffee and watch the wind. no fixing, no journaling, just sitting. sometimes i cry till im bored. then i get up and make breakfast. the shedding happens whether i force it or not. just breathe through the ugliest part and let your body do what it needs to do. its messy but its real.

ugh same here. i literally could not move after sitting through hours of teachers explaining why my son needs more support. my brain is completely fried and my spirit is low. im just gonna sit on the couch tonight in sweatpants and eat takeout. no cooking, no cleaning, just pure silence. if u need to vent about the exhaustion hit reply. we deserve a break after all that mental load.

same here. just got back from my third move in two years so i know the drill. honestly i just load everything into labeled bins and dont overthink it. my husband handles the heavy lifting while i manage the chaos of keeping the kids calm in the car. it sucks but we do what we gotta do. counting down the days until we actually unpack everything for real.

Yeah totally. We just moved last month so I’m already running on fumes. Trying to settle in while keeping up with coursework is brutal. Im usually asleep by eight if I dont have a late class. My husband is deployed so its just me and the kids right now. Some days I just blank stare at the screen wondering how anyone keeps going. Coffee helps but only for about an hour.

I stopped playing detective when he started requesting space. If he needs to breathe he can do it outside our home. I packed his favorite mug and moved it to the shelf. Then I ordered takeout and watched a movie without checking my phone every five minutes. Peace is expensive but cheaper than anxiety. Now he texts me asking if we are okay. I just sent a thumbs up emoji and went back to work.

hey girl same here. Ngl, my doc said everything is fine but i still feel like i got dragged through a rug every morning. just take it easy on yourself. maybe eat some more fish and rest. dont force urself to do too much. we all know how hard it is but ur body needs time. hope u get some rest soon. big hug to u.

yeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.
