i literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Yeah it’s awful. I’m 48 and just forgot my own nickname for the new dog. Three kids really fries you. I’ve started using a whiteboard by the door for important stuff just to keep my sanity. My ex used to joke about it but honestly it’s exhausting not knowing what day it is half the time. Just drink coffee and roll with it.

i just stopped answering his texts about needing space. honestly it feels exhausting to keep picking up the pieces every time he checks out. im focusing on my lesson planning and hanging out with my girls instead. if he wants space he can have it but im not holding my breath. it isnt my job to manage his emotions or wait around.

honestly yeah. For real, im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

omg i feel u. honestly ive just stopped overcomplicating it. i wash my face with cetaphil, put on cerave moisturizer, and thats it. no fancy serums or masks. sometimes my skin just needs a break all the products. drink more water too because dehydration makes it worse for real. hang in there sis it gets better.

honestly its just me and definitely not just you. im mixed race and living in chicago with zero patience for dating games so my sex life is basically non existent right now. im too anxious to even text men back consistently let alone plan dates. just scrolling tiktok and overthinking every interaction instead of actually doing anything. my libido is low bc my brain is in fight or flight mode all the time.

i feel u. honestly just skip the complicated stuff. i wash face with cetaphil, slap on the ordinary niacinamide serum, put on cerave pm night cream, and throw on sunscreen in the morning. that s it. no fancy tools, no ten step korean routine. sometimes less is literally more. stop stressing and just keep it simple. your skin will thank you for not picking at it.

i stopped watching the sugar content in my water. Lol, honestly at this point i just drink tap water with lemon or plain seltzer. i am doing statins anyway so my diet is whatever doesnt make me late for work. dont stress it. the cholesterol meds are cheap and effective. just take them and move on with your day.

we moved 3 times last year. my husband thinks moving boxes is mans work but folding shirts is mine. i let the living room pile up. he complained once then carried the trash to curb himself. dont cook fancy food on day 1. order pizza. if house isnt perfect but kids are fed and beds are made thats win in my book. survival mode is real for immigrant moms.

nah i think three years is pretty standard for the hickey phase to fade lol. i stopped checking bumble religiously after six months anyway. now its just another utility app i open when i have nothing better to do. the novelty wore off much faster for me but i still swipe when im bored. dont overthink it. itll get mundane
