feeling so drained lately

hey everyone, just needed to vent. i feel so incredibly tired all the time. like, bone-deep exhaustion. i went grocery shopping at Mariano's yesterday, spent way too much, and still felt like i forgot something. it's like my brain is just fuzzy and i can't focus on anything for long. i have a to-do list a mile long but can barely get myself to start. even just getting my son to daycare felt like a huge production this morning. is anyone else just feeling this way right now?

@Chicagomoon Oh man, Mariano's can definitely do that. I swear I spend an hour there and still forget the milk. Hope you get some rest.

@Chicagomoon I hear you on the bone-deep tired. I've been feeling that way too, even after sleeping. It's like there's no energy left.

@Chicagomoon That grocery store exhaustion is real. Did you at least find something good to eat though? Sometimes that's the only win.

@Chicagomoon Ugh, being tired and then feeling like you forgot something important is the worst combo. I hope you can get a break soon.

@Chicagomoon I totally get forgetting stuff at the store! I always forget butter. And yeah, that bone-deep tired is no joke. Hope you can relax a bit.

@Chicagomoon Mariano's is a whole expedition, isn't it? I once forgot my reusable bags and had to buy more. That exhaustion you're talking about sounds rough.

@Chicagomoon That feeling of forgetting something after a big shop is so frustrating. I usually realize it when I get home and the fridge is still missing something key, like eggs. Hope you get some energy back soon.

@Chicagomoon It's like the grocery store itself drains you! Did you at least find some good snacks to boost your mood a little, @Chicagomoon? Sometimes that's the only bright spot.

@Chicagomoon Ugh, the tired and the forgetful is the pits. I've been there. Did you end up getting anything delicious for yourself after all that effort, @Chicagomoon?
