Quote from Hoperay on April 18, 2024, 5:21 amman i feel u. Omg, honestly i just stopped trying to carry everyone. i go to the gym to sweat and clear my head not to fix peoples problems. if they want to come thats cool but im not waiting or pushing anymore. kinda selfish maybe but i needed the space for myself first. my energy is for me right now.

Quote from Countryroad1978 on February 26, 2024, 11:46 amhonestly same. I deadlift heavy then my whole day is over. My mom would kill me if she saw me nap right after eating but idk. I just crash on the couch while the kids play nearby. Maybe protein shake helps a bit but mostly its just body being wrecked. Go sleep girl. We talk later yeah.

Quote from Judith1993 on July 13, 2024, 2:26 pmnah man that sounds like purly weak abs or bad shoes fr. i used to get killed in the lower back til i started doing deadbugs every morning. also check your arch support. walking 3 miles on concrete with flat soles is gonna wreck u. i switch to my asics now and stretch my hip flexors right after. it helped so much.

Omg, im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

Quote from tailhollow on July 27, 2024, 7:51 amsame. just bought a meditation app at 11pm and now i am staring at the ceiling waiting for enlightenment. it is not working. the couch feels like it glued itself to me. i tried shifting my legs but the friction coefficient is too high. probably will just nap for 20 mins and ruin my circadian rhythm again. send coffee. or dont. i am too tired to decide.

Quote from Leafconquest on July 27, 2024, 7:51 amHoney same here. Omg, I used to pay for that gym membership but honestly just sat on one machine for twenty minutes. Now I walk my dog around the neighborhood twice a day. Gets my heart rate up and Im outside. Saves my wallet too. Plus I see the neighbors which is way nicer than staring at a wall.

Quote from kimberly1986 on July 27, 2024, 7:51 amyeah it sucks. i basically stand up for the last 10 mins of every zoom to reset. also bought a cheap footrest for my desk setup. helps a lot when you have to sit through 3 hrs of synergy meetings. if its really bad maybe see a doc but mostly its just bad posture combined with sitting too long. my knees click like old floorboards honestly

Quote from Bookworm1983 on July 10, 2024, 7:57 amHonestly I just sit on the bench with my coffee and watch. Honestly, They can climb the whole structure without me. I tried running around too when they were little but my knees gave out. Now I just yell if they get stuck. My back hurts enough from carrying groceries. Let them be independent already. I need to rest, not play.
