feeling so drained lately is this spiritual or just old age
Quote from Patty1965 on November 6, 2025, 2:32 pmMy skin was so bad too. I stopped using harsh scrubs. Now just simple routine. Cleanser, toner, moisturizer. In summer I use oil control in morning. At night I apply night cream. Consistency is key. Don’t buy expensive products. Simple things work best. Relax and give it time. My skin cleared up after 3 months. Patience is needed.

Quote from Sophia1975 on November 6, 2025, 2:32 pmAura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

Quote from Silverlinings1978 on July 14, 2026, 4:26 ami sleep 7 hours and still feel like a zombie. my doctor says i’m fine but my energy is shot. i just drink black coffee and survive on sheer willpower until 3pm. then i crash hard. maybe it’s just age or burnout. i stopped trying to fix it and just accepted my low battery mode. dinner is usually takeout because cooking requires too much effort.

Quote from Starflute on June 26, 2025, 3:49 pmnah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.

Quote from Wildheart1992 on June 3, 2025, 2:18 amfr that sounds exhausting. i had a phase like that too but refused to sit in the discomfort. started leaving notes on the counter just stating what i needed that night straight up. took the pressure off having a convo but still communicated my needs. if he still wont talk then u gotta decide if u wanna stay lonely or find intimacy elsewhere. my husband had to step up quick or i was out.

Quote from Butterfly1989 on October 7, 2025, 7:02 pmOh honey it is real. I got diagnosed at 52 and my husband thought I was just getting old. Lord knows I ain't. I take my meds, stretch in the morning, and rest when my body screams. It’s a drag but you’re not crazy. Keep going sister.

Quote from Nina1996 on January 7, 2026, 8:23 pmyeah totally. you never really relax when you know your lease is up in six months. i got tired of the drama so i stayed put for three years. finally got into a routine and a bf showed up. moving every other year just feels like you are on probation somewhere. hard to invite anyone over when you are half packed
