Oye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

Girl same. My doc said early perimenopause and i felt like dying. The hot flashes are wild and the brain fog is real. I just started taking vitamin d and magnesium plus trying to sleep more. It helps a little but its still rough. Yount alone tho. Just take it one day at a time.

honestly the empty feeling hits different when ur burnt out. i just stop overthinking it n cry until i feel numb then sleep. stress literally drains u dry so u feel hollow. i dont try to fix it, just let it wash over me. u not alone in feeling this way. take it easy on urself girl.

I just say no and stop explaining myself. My body, my rules. If he cant handle that we done. I used to feel bad but now I see it as lazy communication on my part. You dont owe anyone access to yourself. Just be clear and consistent. If guilt creeps in remind yourself that you are allowed to rest too.

man i feel u. Tbh, honestly i just stopped trying to carry everyone. i go to the gym to sweat and clear my head not to fix peoples problems. if they want to come thats cool but im not waiting or pushing anymore. kinda selfish maybe but i needed the space for myself first. my energy is for me right now.

Oh honey same here tried everything honestly ice packs after gardening help a ton and those little foam knee pads u get at cvs before mowing the lawn. My husband calls me grandma gunderson cause i walk like a penguin but hey it keeps me moving. Praying for u girl

Man that is rough. Honestly we do a chore chart every Sunday night. Pretty much treats it like work shifts. He got the evening shift until 8 then I take over. It ain't always perfect but it helps split the mental load. If he ghosts his shift we talk about it the next day no yelling just facts. You gotta set boundaries early or it never changes.

I just bought a good foam roller and use it every night while watching tv. Also switched to walking on the treadmill instead of the sidewalk. The incline helps a lot with my joints. My knees still hurt but its better than before. Taking ibuprofen only when it really hurts.

i just go in my hoodies and noise cancelling headphones. keep the world out. i dont care if anyone looks. im there to sweat, not to perform. if someone gets in my way i just move. its really that simple. the anxiety is just my mind making up stories before i even step foot in the door. once i start moving it goes away.

yeah it is normal. i did the same trail last weekend and my quads were screaming for two days after. just walk around lightly to keep things moving. ice helps if it gets really sore. dont let it stop you, next time youll be stronger. i drank like three electrolyte drinks right after and slept the whole night. pain is part of the process lol.
