Quote from Gentleforest1976 on July 24, 2023, 5:31 ami just stopped answering his texts about needing space. honestly it feels exhausting to keep picking up the pieces every time he checks out. im focusing on my lesson planning and hanging out with my girls instead. if he wants space he can have it but im not holding my breath. it isnt my job to manage his emotions or wait around.

Quote from kimberly1984 on February 24, 2023, 4:05 ami just blocked him and deleted the app. I swear, honestly it felt like a relief. i spent three years trying to fix things that werent broken on my end and now im just focusing on myself. no more late night scrolling or wondering if he’s talking to someone else. peace of mind is worth more than any potential match.

Quote from Wildflower1997 on January 29, 2023, 9:48 amomg same. just sit cross legged on a folded blanket instead of floor. keeps hips higher so less pressure on tailbone. i use old yoga mats cut up as extra cushions too. dont force posture if pain is there. just breathe and let body find comfort wherever that is today. sometimes less is more tbh.

Quote from Christina1985 on July 25, 2024, 6:10 amyeah its totally normal. i lift heavy twice a week out here and my quads are trash for two days straight. cant even climb the stairs to get up without groaning. just keep moving a little bit. drinking water helps too. if it burns too bad try some heat. don't expect to walk normal tomorrow though. just tough it out.

Quote from Cottonwatch on July 16, 2024, 8:19 ami finally stopped forcing myself to go. honestly, i just read on my couch now. saves me thirty bucks a month and i dont have to pretend to enjoy cardio. my hips are bigger but my eyesight is worse from staring at screens anyway. whatever. peace of mind costs less than a gym membership these days.

Quote from Soulravine on February 23, 2024, 1:43 pmbasit, true feeling like garbage is not normal. I am 58 now, body pain starts after breakfast. But I walk in park every morning with chai in hand. Doctor says keep moving. Sar ka bhari pareshani? Forget it. Just eat good food and sleep well. No drama please. Life continues, we just have to adjust our chappal and keep walking.

Quote from Thymelagoon on May 7, 2024, 1:08 pmYeah it is exhausting. I just walk after school letting the kids use the playground while i move. No fancy gear or quick fixes. I dont track macros or do interval training. Just getting outside helps clear my head after grading papers. Simple really. Trying to keep it sustainable so i dont burn out completely.

Quote from Theresa1977 on August 19, 2024, 6:30 amHesitate on the waistband every morning. Trousers feel finer. Pants are stretchy so they hide the truth. I m still in sweatpants most days anyway. Hoodie too. Not trying to prove anything to anyone right now. Just trying to get through the week without crying. One day at a time. Next.

Quote from fernspindle on April 18, 2024, 12:11 amHonestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

Quote from Coralwing on October 22, 2024, 6:30 amSame. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.
