same here. i hate how hot and stuffy my living room gets when i run. now i just walk outside by the school track. its quiet early in the morning and the fresh air helps. if i do run inside i turn the fan on max and eat a banana right after. dont try to push through nausea. just stop and drink water.

man its awful. i just gave him tylenol and laid him on the couch with extra blankets. then i set five alarms on my phone to check his temp while hes sleeping. if hes burning up by 4am i call out and just dont go in. better than trying to work with a sick kid at home. hope he breaks the fever soon.

nah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

Same here. After gym mera heart race karta hai like crazy. Doctor said take rest day. I drink warm water with lemon. Also humsa slowly chalta hoon. No rush. Now thik ho raha hai. Maybe you too paani kam pi rahe ho. Hydration important hai. Try walking home slowly nahi bhaago. Body ko cool down ke liye time do.

so i just stop engaging with the games entirely. if he wants to play hard to get, he gets radio silence until he acts like a normal human being. im not here to negotiate basic decency or decode mixed signals for fun. you deserve clarity not a puzzle. if he cant give you that straightforward affection, keep his distance. seriously.

Honestly same here. My guy works long hours too and comes home completely drained. I learned to just not make it a big deal. Sometimes we cuddle and call it a day. Other times he showers and we try later when hes a bit more rested. Just accept it and focus on other ways to connect like cooks dinner together or watching a show. No pressure is key for us.

same here. just moved again so my endo is whatever. labs say im fine but i feel like crap. i just drink tonns of water and try to nap whenever the kids are down. its a mess. dont let the dr dismiss you if u still feel wrecked push back. i took coq10 last week and felt slightly less dead. good luck

same thing happen to me fr. i just started doing light stretching at home instead of going to the gym. less pressure and i dont have to deal w people staring. also try listening to loud music while u move it helps drown out the noise in my head. dont be too hard on urself. its a journey for real.

Not weird at all. I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.
