I just stopped fighting it. Bought the basic cerave cleanser and nothing else. Used to buy fancy stuff hoping it would fix everything. Now I just wash, moisturize, and let it be. My skin actually cleared up when I stopped stressing over it. Sometimes doing less is the only move left when you are exhausted.

Honestly I just stop trying to rush everything. I used to think moving fast meant getting more done but it just meant I was tired and mad. Now I walk slower, take longer lunches, and dont answer emails right away. My cholesterol is better and my hair is healthier. Slow down sis, nobody is counting your steps except the people trying to sell you shoes.

He’s projecting. When my ex did that, i stopped trying to read his mind. I just kept doing my thing. If he wants to talk, great. If not, i’m not gonna sit here anxious while he ignores me. You teach kids all day, you have enough emotional labor to do. Don’t give your energy away to someone who isn’t showing up. Just focus on your own routine and see if he steps up.

yeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

girl same. i just take those little plastic containers from the pharmacy and throw them in my purse. dont overthink it. some days i leave three pills on the kitchen counter for later. if you forget one dose whatevs. life goes on. my doc told me it more important i keep taking them regularly than track every single one perfectly. less stress is better for you honestly.

honest truth is i stopped trying to touch my toes years ago too. Tbh, my hips are stiff and my back just says no. i switched to gentle yoga and walking instead. feels good enough for me at 68. dont sweat it gal. we get stiffer but we still move.

Yeah I get that. My back is wrecked every night. I stop and breathe before I lift them off the ground. Keep em low. Also stretch my hamstrings before bed or I cant sleep. Just drink water and ice it later. Dont try to power through the pain or youll be out for a week.

Ugh that sucks. My ex used to do the same thing. I just stopped engaging. If he says something wild I’d either walk away or say whatever’s on my mind directly. No more tiptoeing. It’s exhausting trying to manage his ego. Honestly if he can’t respect your feelings he’s not worth the stress. Sorry u’re dealing with it.

hey girl. my aunt had a scare too. i just sat with her and held her hand while she cried. we didnt talk. just let the tears come. its okay to fall apart. take your time. im holding space for you. hope u feel a lil lighter soon. sending big hugs to u and your fam. stay strong but also be gentle with yourself.

yeah it’s definitely worse. i’m 29 and the dating apps feel like a part time job i hate. half the guys here in chicago are either looking for a hookup or still acting like they’re in college. the other half are married but won’t admit it. i’m tired of explaining that having a career and boundaries doesn’t mean i’m high maintenance. honestly i’d rather just stay in and order pad thai. the ratio of decent men to available women feels completely off right now and i’m over pretending otherwise.
