does anyone else feel exhausted after just one week of classes
Quote from diana1970 on May 27, 2024, 3:23 amhon i set clear boundaries day one. told her house rules include no rituals in living spaces. she can do it in her own place or outside. simple as that. been married 12 years, never had issues since. if you dont speak up they just keep doing it. be direct but polite. my dad in law handles the stuff now. works for us.

Quote from HikesPeace on May 7, 2024, 1:08 pmI give up on keeping it pristine. Bought heavy plastic bins for all the weights and shoved them under the desk. Now it looks like a storage closet but at least i can actually find things. My divorce was two years ago so i learned to let perfection go pretty quick. Just do what works for you, everyone else is too busy caring about their own mess.

Quote from Lucky1983 on July 18, 2024, 10:40 pmhonestly i dont even know what he means. i just want to feel good. if he thinks asking for what i like is too much then he has bigger problems. i just say what i want clearly cause its not mind reading. if hes mad about that then ima send him to therapy not me. we are adults here. stop making it complicated.

Quote from Trueyarn on August 7, 2024, 5:34 pmYeah it’s the divorce fatigue. I’m 46 and honestly just wrecked. Spent all day sorting through mail and thinking about alimony payments instead of actually living. My knees hurt from walking the dog and my brain feels foggy all day. Just drank iced coffee but still feel heavy. Not sure if it’s grief or just old age kicking in early.

Quote from Isabella1979 on July 19, 2024, 12:52 pmsame here. i stretch every nite but my hamstrings are rock. it’s wild how fast the body changes. i just accept it now and focus on keeping my back loose so i dont hurt myself. 45 feels young but the joints say otherwise. at least mine still work lol.

Quote from Jeweloscillation on November 20, 2024, 7:55 amhaleya same thing happens to me every night. i wake up at 3am then stare at ceiling for an hour. usually i just check phone until i fall asleep again. its exhausting but honestly my brain wont shut off. coffee helps during day but useless at night. try drinking less water before bed maybe? not sure if it helps but worth a shot. good luck

Quote from jane1975 on October 19, 2024, 3:31 ammy husband is the same way. we just sit watch tv and hold hands. he says its enough to feel close. i tried talking more but he gets shut down. so now i just lean into it. sometimes silence is better than fake words. dont force convo if hes not there. just sit with him. it works for us even if it feels weird at first. trust the quiet.

Quote from jean1992 on July 27, 2024, 8:48 amOur ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.

Quote from Victoria1990 on September 17, 2024, 3:17 pmi do the same thing. spent months hating him for taking over all the chores and now i miss having company at dinner. its weird but true. the silence in my empty house is louder than our arguments ever were. just started cooking for two again out of habit then catching myself lol.

Quote from Warmgarden1989 on June 17, 2024, 8:42 pmBabe take the nap. Seriously. My husband wants round two daily and I’m over it. I just tell him I’m dead to the world. We compromise on weekends. Rest is sacred at my age. If he’s mad he can sleep on the couch. Your energy is limited so spend it on yourself. Don’t feel guilty.
