Quote from Boldchore on February 13, 2025, 1:32 amHonestly I just survived on cheap coffee and silence first few months. Stop trying to be productive. My in laws still call daily so i muted their numbers. Go walk outside even if just around block. Eat whatever you want no guilt. One day at a time. If crying helps do it. Dont force yourself to be happy yet. Just exist.

Quote from Stardust1966 on August 11, 2026, 4:18 pmI feel you. At my age, I just dont want it either. My husband sleeps in the other room half the time and we are perfectly fine with that. I prefer cuddling on the couch watching tv without any pressure to perform. Life is too short to stress over something you dont need to do. Just relax and enjoy your time together.

Quote from WillowSong on November 11, 2025, 12:53 amomg seriously?? five minutes is barely enough time to settle in. my bf does this too and lowkey it’s kinda stressful. i just tell him i’m not ready yet and need to actually relax first. feels like a race sometimes. if he keeps pushing i’d honestly be confused bc like come on. give us a second to breathe ykno

Quote from Rillsimile on June 11, 2025, 4:35 amyeah honestly same here. i used to feel like my heart was gonna explode after just walking up stairs, let alone running. now i do 5ks weekly but still pant like a crazy person. i just stop, drink water, and wait it out. its not pretty but you get used to the feeling. dont push too hard at first. maybe try walking intervals if running feels too much.

Quote from Soft2001 on October 30, 2025, 7:34 pmI don’t deal with that nonsense. If my husband speaks to me with disrespect, I shut it down right then. I tell him I’m not accepting that tone and I’m walking away until he can speak properly. You aren’t too sensitive, you just have standards. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking his bad behavior is your problem. Walk away if he won’t change.

Quote from Silverbell on January 25, 2025, 3:08 pmfr bro is he alive lol i usually say let me grab my purse first cuz that’s my polite way of saying no without being rude. Tbh, also check if he’s just rushing to get home. my ex did that. u know the drill. keep it casual and see if he walks u to ur car or just stands there staring. red flag if hes clocking the whole date like its a pit stop.

Quote from AmberBirch on January 13, 2026, 10:26 pmI just say no and stop explaining myself. My body, my rules. If he cant handle that we done. I used to feel bad but now I see it as lazy communication on my part. You dont owe anyone access to yourself. Just be clear and consistent. If guilt creeps in remind yourself that you are allowed to rest too.

Quote from Firewing on September 27, 2025, 9:33 pmoh man that sounds awful. i get terrible plantar fasciitis every winter. honestly just rolling a frozen water bottle under my arch for like 10 mins in the morning helps so much. also wear compression socks all day long. i used to ignore it till i couldn't walk straight too. just keep resting your feet when you can. hope you feel better soon
