fr i’m exhausted. Lol, i used to do everything for everyone n now i just say no. like really just no. people get mad but i dont care anymore. my peace is expensive. i stopped answering my phone after 8pm n people think im rude but nah im just protecting my energy. if u ask me again im ghosting.

fr that’s wild. my man used to give me the silent treatment too after we argued. i stopped asking and just started focusing on myself. went to the gym, called my girls. sometimes u gotta show u dont need em to survive. if he keeps ignoring u like that, honestly evaluate the relationship. u deserve better than being treated like furniture.

Honestly yes I do it twice a week even at my age. Yes it hurts the next day but the strength is worth it. I just lifted light dumbbells and did some squats yesterday. Felt like jelly today but I can still carry my groceries and play with my grandkids without my back killing me. Just stretch well and drink plenty of water. It keeps me independent and strong.

honestly i stopped trying to force myself to the gym. it just wasn working for me. now i just do 20 mins of yoga on my living room rug when i have time. some days i skip it and thats ok. no guilt. just moving my body because it feels good, not because some schedule says i should. keep it simple and dont beat yourself up over missing a day.

yeah it totally kills momentum. i finally got into a groove with my last partner before we moved cross country for work. now im just exhausted from unpacking and dealing with basic logistics. dont even have the energy for foreplay let alone anything else. its just so hard to build intimacy when you feel like youre constantly starting over somewhere new.

I just stopped fighting it. Bought the basic cerave cleanser and nothing else. Used to buy fancy stuff hoping it would fix everything. Now I just wash, moisturize, and let it be. My skin actually cleared up when I stopped stressing over it. Sometimes doing less is the only move left when you are exhausted.

idk if itll help but i sleep with my window cracked and a fan pointing directly at my feet. also iced matcha instead of coffee helps me chill out before bed. its brutal rn though. my upstairs apartment is basically a sauna. just trying to survive until fall. hope u manage to get some rest.

I feel this. For real, Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

My husband works construction so he crashes hard around 2pm. I used to think something was wrong with me too. Then I started napping. Just twenty minutes on the couch while the kids play. Wake up grumpy at first but then the rest of evening is fine. Drinking five cups of coffee doesn't fix it. Try shutting your eyes.

i feel u. mine does too lately. i just keep moving but low impact like walking or swimming. sometimes i just lie down and rest. no shame in that. im trying to eat less processed stuff but honestly sometimes i just eat whatever is easiest. its a grind but we get through it. hang in there.
