Quote from Bridgehope on August 26, 2024, 1:21 pmYeah honestly happens more than u think. Im tired all the time from work and school so sometimes i just pass out. Not gonna lie it feels weird at first but my partner doesnt mind. Just make sure he knows u rnt tryna be rude tho. Maybe try switching it up for an night or just tell him ur exhausted. No big deal really happens to everyone

Quote from Sunny1994 on October 5, 2024, 9:43 pmSame. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

Quote from Mintecho on December 17, 2024, 8:40 pmlol honestly same. pilates is too boring sans hype. i went to a black woman owned studio downtown and its always full of energy. the instructor is loud af and calls you out if you cheating. makes it way more fun. also got a new friend who drives past so we carpool. sometimes u just need the drama and noise to get through a roll up.

Quote from gentleforest1979 on November 18, 2024, 4:49 amyeah it is definitely just you lol. my body goes crazy after heavy lifts. i usually have a handful of sunflower seeds and a banana right when i finish. keeps me from feeling like i might pass out but doesnt make me too full. sometimes if its really bad i sip on bone broth while i cool down. helps with the cravings without wrecking my appetite for dinner later.

Quote from Diane1974 on July 25, 2024, 7:44 pmomg same. just sit cross legged on a folded blanket instead of floor. keeps hips higher so less pressure on tailbone. i use old yoga mats cut up as extra cushions too. dont force posture if pain is there. just breathe and let body find comfort wherever that is today. sometimes less is more tbh.

Quote from Julie1965 on May 24, 2024, 8:28 pmI switch to walking shoes for service instead of my heels. Saves my joints. Also ibuprofen 30 mins before we leave. Dont wait till its too late. My knees sound like popcorn when I stand up if I dont prep. Just trying to stay mobile so I can keep up with my grandkids. Yall know the drill.

Quote from Capeorchard on September 1, 2024, 1:05 amHonest truth is most of us are faking it. I used to think sleep fixed everything until I got my iron and vitamin D levels checked. Turns out I was just running on empty. Eight hours of sleep doesnt help if your body is fighting a deficiency. Go see a doctor and ask for blood work before buying another fancy pillow.
