Lord have mercy. We have been there too many times to count. I usually just call my mom at 5am if the fever spikes and she comes over. If she cant make it i call in sick. Boss knows better than to make me choose. Hey we all raise these little ones somehow. Praying it breaks by morning. Yall hang in there.

I just say no and stop explaining myself. Omg, My body, my rules. If he cant handle that we done. I used to feel bad but now I see it as lazy communication on my part. You dont owe anyone access to yourself. Just be clear and consistent. If guilt creeps in remind yourself that you are allowed to rest too.

same here. my bhaiya used to shout from office all day. i just wear earphones and say mind bolna. after 10 years he realized i am not ignoring him but just tired. now he keeps his voice low when i am home. it took time but patience works. dont fight with him daily. just stay quiet and do my kaam. slowly he will understand.

Yeah its totally normal especially if u just started or increased intensity. I get the same knee pain after leg day. Usually means weak muscles or bad form. I do straight leg raises and glute bridges daily to strengthen it. Also stop doing squats if it hurts. Stretch after workout. Drink water. Ice if swollen. See doctor if pain persists. Dont push through sharp pain. Rest is key.

Honey I just started with walking. My knees dont allow for much else anyway. I put on my good shoes and go round the block after supper. That 15 minutes is better than nothing. Dont stress about weights or running, just get moving. My pastor says God gave us legs to use em so I do my part and let Him handle the rest. Yall keep at it.

honestly just keep it stupid simple. military life is stressful enough without trying to figure out a ten, step routine. i stick to ceraface cleanser, moisturizer, and spf 50. thats it. if my skin looks trash i just sleep it off. stop overthinking it. complicated routines are a trap. consistency beats intensity every time. just wash your face and slather on sunscreen. really.

same thing happens to me every time i pick up my toddler. my lower back just locks up. i usually just lie down on the floor with a hot water bottle on it for like 15 mins. also try not to bend from the waist, squat down instead. it helps a bit but honestly just need rest. sending love mama.

y'all drink water after that sweat session? i always forget and end up crashing. also make sure yer eating enough protein right after. i had to train myself to snack on greek yogurt immediately. my body needed the fuel. rest is important too but hunger hits harder than i thought. try it out.

Yeah it ain’t just you. My knees sound like crunchy cereal every morning. I started wearing compression sleeves and cutting back on high impact stuff. Yoga helps too but omg the stairs are painful. Just keep moving so they don’t lock up completely. Drink plenty of water and stretch. We’ll be spry forever or at least pretend to be.

im right with u. my truck is basically a mobile daycare. kids in the back with snacks and tablets, dog in the front seat. i just blast country music and drive because honestly if i stop talking theyll start fighting. keep it simple though. do for me what i can do alone. coffee in hand, window down, dont let 'em distract u.
