Quote from Freemountain1968 on June 3, 2024, 9:07 pmyeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Quote from True1968 on August 26, 2024, 1:21 pmgirl same. honestly just ordering food is my foreplay now lol. my husband thinks i am crazy but we keep it simple. sometimes we just cuddle and watch netflix until one of us gets lucky. dont stress too much about being spicy all the time. keeping the connection alive is what matters mostly. we are tired mamas, we deserve rest too. buen vibe siempre.

Quote from Reefstub on February 26, 2024, 4:02 amhonestly i just ignore the suck. ive been lifting alone for two years now since the divorce. some days i barely survive the set but i show up anyway. my knees hurt and i feel like a grandma but seeing the weight go up keeps me sane. its not about being strong its about doing it when you dont want to. thats the only win that matters right now.

Quote from joyce1984 on January 3, 2024, 4:53 amLord have mercy. I sit on a thick memory foam cushion during every service now. My doctor said its the only way to keep my joints from giving out. I also take ibuprofen right after getting home. Hot shower helps too. We walking up there in heels for an hour then wonder why our legs hurt. Switch to sneakers yall.

Quote from Sam1990 on May 3, 2024, 4:29 amSame. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

Quote from Glenanalogy on May 5, 2024, 4:45 pmim not really finding god atm just trying to survive the heat and my kids driving me crazy. honestly praying feels like work lately. i just make my coffee sit in silence for ten minutes. thats it. sometimes that quiet time is enough for me right now. dont overthink it. just breathe.

Quote from Margaret1970 on April 10, 2024, 12:38 pmyeah it sucks. i basically stand up for the last 10 mins of every zoom to reset. also bought a cheap footrest for my desk setup. helps a lot when you have to sit through 3 hrs of synergy meetings. if its really bad maybe see a doc but mostly its just bad posture combined with sitting too long. my knees click like old floorboards honestly

Quote from tina2003 on June 20, 2024, 1:31 amomg i relate so hard. my ex did the same thig constantly. i would just make a mental note of every time he said one thing but did another. eventually the pattern became impossible to ignore. if his actions dont match his words then trust the actions. u deserve someone who just shows up consistently without u having to ask or play detective. its exhausting n u rnt alone.

Quote from beth1997 on October 7, 2024, 9:19 pmI stop chasing them. Ngl, I find a bench and sit. If they want me to watch them swing or drop and run, they gotta come get me. I’m in my forties, my knees are shot and I refuse to jog after a seven year old anymore. They learn pretty quick that mom is stationary unless they initiate. Saves my energy and tests their legs.

Quote from Christine1998 on August 30, 2024, 5:13 amI walked away from the gym too. Water retention and cortisol are real messes. I started doing yoga in my living room instead. No mirrors, no scales, just moving. It took months to feel normal again. Your body is stressed, not broken. Give it peace, not punishment. Focus on how you sleep and eat. The weight will sort itself out when you stop fighting it.
