i just pack resistance bands and a jump rope they take no space. every new place i find a park for running or do bodyweight stuff in the living rm. consistency is key not fancy gym membership. if i dont work out for a week cuz moving chaos i dont stress just start again next day. simple habits stick better than intense routines when u are always settling in somewhere new tbh.

Sach? I miss it too. In India we say marriage is long, but first year was pure magic. Now? Just bills and Kids ka homework. My husband is like roommate now. No dates, just grocery runs. I make effort to dress up sometimes just for me tho. Small things like coffee date without kids helps. We try Sunday breakfast out once a month. It keeps something alive tbh.

yeah it is. i limit how many things i say yes to now. last week i just told a parent i cant help with their child after hours. felt so weird saying no but did it anyway. im done carrying everyone else emotional baggage while grading papers. just doing the bare minimum for anyone who isnt my immediate family these days.

honestly it makes me so mad because i did all the planning last year and he just got a gift card. I swear, i don’t care about the date itself but the lack of effort stings. i usually just make a big mess in the kitchen to remind him. it’s stupid but i need that acknowledgment. also semicolons are fun

honestly it sounds like my wake up call at 5 am lol. Tbh, i used to think i was being dramatic but my doc checked my iron levels and they were low. game changer. we really do just expect ourselves to run on fumes these days. have you asked your dr to check your thyroid or vitamins lately? worth a shot even if u just want to nap more.

same here. i thought it was just getting older but my doctor finally ran blood work last month. turned out my thyroid was off. fixed it with meds and honestly feel like a new person. not saying thats ur issue but dont ignore it bc bloating and fatigue are classic signs. good luck.

same honestly. I swear, i’m burnt out from taking two cabs to the gym after work just to hit a PR. my brain won’t shut up about work so my weight is off. i switched to 3 short sessions a week instead of killing myself 5 times. progress is slow but i’m less exhausted. maybe u need rest not more grind. hope that helps sm

Oye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

Omg I feel you. Honest truth, it’s not the fabric, it’s your dryer. I stopped putting that basket in the dryer long ago. That lint trap holds onto moisture and bacteria like crazy. Now I just leave mine out to air dry or throw in a tennis ball to circulate air. Also make sure you’re using enough detergent, gym clothes get super sweaty. Mira si te ayuda.

bro i do the exact same thing. if its sitting in the fridge i just eat it. my husband hates it but i dont care. its free food lol. sometimes i hide the good stuff in the back so he cant find it. we laugh about it now but yeah leftovers are mine if im hungry. dont overthink it just eat what u want.
